Great location, walking distance to station and baths. Lots of nightlife, restaurants. Parking a challenge but you can use station parking. Overall nice hotel, great facilities, and friendly staff

The hotel is located in the city of Bath. Easy access to tourist attractions, shopping. A very convenient place to stay.

Good overall”

Overall, I think this is a decent hotel. Location, staff and organisation were great. The happy hour (or two) in the evening was a nice touch, as was the quick-checkout helper in the morning. We booked the 'no windows' budget rooms, which are nicely fitted out, and make excellent use of the space (which is tight). Things to be aware of - if you are driving here, its a bit of a trek from the nearest car park, and might not be the best choice. Those interior rooms are also quite noisy (in the sense that sounds travel from corridor or other rooms - it wasn't rowdy); it wasn't until 2AM or so that everything fully quietened down. Its actually worth keeping the aircon on low just to create some background white noise.

It was a brilliant stay”

We stayed for a night. The staff were friendly when we checked in and offered us some wine. The room was extremely clean and facilities were high tech. The location was superb, only a few minute walk to all tourist spot in town.

Love this hotel! Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and modern woth the perfect layout, and the wine and cheese happy hour is fantastic-the price is beyond competitive-I won’t stay anywhere else in Bath from now on (I am here a couple times a year.

Good, if slightly odd location”

Perfect for a night out in Bath although felt very strange walking through a closed bar in the wee small hours of the morning. The room was very stylish and, whilst compact, was well appointed. I didn't really interact with any staff and the only facilities I required were those of my room. I'd recommend it for a business stay, or for overnight stays in Bath if you want to be in the city centre.

Queen Room lacking Soul”

Queen room with window 100+ a night. To call it Queen bed is a little misleading , the bed is up against the wall under the window and fits two slim people , one has to get in first.This hotel is for business people stop over or shopping stop over only. Modern layout , with massive TV at end of bed.The most amusing thing is the bottled water in the room which you cannot have , but can buy at reception! Facilities fine but not even city guide in room.

Easy check in and check out. Great location in bath town centre. Water refilled everyday. Free apples and mint lobby in the reception. Daily free wine, cheese and crackers between 5 - 8 which was an unexpected touch. Really comfy bed and black out curtains. Massive smart tv and usb charging points for a modern touch. The space was utilised well with space under the bed for luggage.

Overnight stay in Bath”

Lovely hotel right in the middle of Bath. Imaccutely clean and friendly staff. Lovely touch of having free Wine,Cheese and Crackers between 5pm-8pm. Rooms are small but everything in them that you need the only thing I would say our room was quite warm and we couldn't control temperature but other than that we had a lovely comfortable stay and will definitely be returning

Super friendly staff and great hotel”

Brilliantly central, staff were incredible. Cheese and wine was a superb bonus. Was a definate bonus that knocks your competitors out of the water! Clean snd adequate room, great mattress etc, tv was ace and havibg a kettle for tea and coffee was a real treat. Loved our stay and are already planning to come back! Thankyou so much team.

A modern well-designed and tasteful hotel. A beautiful cheese/fruit/wine buffet is included 5-8pm. Cold lemonade throughout the day. Very nice, reasonably priced breakfast is available. Such as friendly staff - loved the Z!

To be honest I had a very high expection after reading all the positive reviews and high ratings. Yet the room I was introduced to is not that satisfactory. First, the layout is wierd with the bed being placed against the wall. There is one bedstand, one chair in the rest part of the room.That's all. The windown is facing the wall therefore the blinds might as well be closed all day long. The bathroom was spacious enough for the reason I could not figure out. I paid for the accomodation partly with Agoda cash, not sure whether it is the reason why I got this second-class room. the positive part: The hotel is pretty new. The location is oneofthe best, close to Roman Bath and Jane Austen Center. There is a complimentary afernoon snack with a glass of wine.

Nice accommodation with reasonable price ”

Staff are nice and helpful. The location is great and all tourist spots and railway station are just in 10 mins walk. The room is a bit small but is clean. I especially love the television as it can watch YouTube!

Small room, well equipped, good service”

The room is very new. Evenif the room is small but it is good organised. There is one controller button near bed,it is very convenient. Staff are friendly. There are buffet wine and bread after 5PM. Location is in the central.

The room space is just nice for a couple. All the amenities are also very new. However, due to its handicapped facilities, the toilet door could not be close completely. It gets rather cold after a bath. Hope the manage would read this and do something about it.

Our stay at the Z hotel was lovely ”

The Z hotel is centrally located and therefore close to shops and restaurants as well as the Bath Rail station and the coach station. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Our stay was for two nights and we took advantage of the cheese, crackers and wine between 5pm-8 each evening (complimentary). The queen room which we stayed in had a window with a back view but unfortunately didn’t open for fresh air. The room was nice and Cozy but a little small. There was a nice shower cubicle and decent toilet. Unfortunately there wasn’t a mini fridge in our room so you can’t bring back drinks and keep them cool or store your medicine if need be. Over all the out stay at the Z hotel was great and I would recommend it for short stays.

Excellent location”

Location is perfect, right in the town centre. Room very compact but ok if you are looking to stay for a night or two. No parking facilities so be prepared to pay £15 for 24 h parking (we used Charlotte street car park).

It was a nice stay. The checkin staff were quite friendly and helpful. The room was small but warm and facilitated well. Breakfast is free to children, which made the breakfast a bargain. I left my luggage at the hotel after checkout and had a pleasant trip around the city. Would absolutely book the hotel next time.
