Dreadful staff! A disgrace to hospitality. They had given away our rooms and we did not get to stay in the hotel. Still chasing for a Refund!

I spent two nights at Fairways Travelodge in Inverness. There was a problem when trying to buy Wi-fi. Dominika couldn't have been more helpful with the matter, and although it wasn't resolved her friendly and sympathetic manner more than made up for not getting connected. It was a cold night and the duvet was not warm enough for the temperature. The second night I left the heater on low, and it was very noisy when it came on and off, presumably due to the thermostat. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend the hotel as a good place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The only downside was a distinct smell of disinfectant.

Far away from the old Travel Lodge image. Just a pity the short walk to Fairways for breakfast if it’s wet. Menu really good though. Very pleasant stay and so quiet.
