I had such a great experience here and I think others will as well! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well equipped and the location is pretty good as well! In fact, there's even a water treatment facility (where you can get water from) and a cleaners (where you can take your laundry to get cleaned) on premises which is super convenient. Two air condition units, a medium size fridge, TV (with cable), excellent internet, electronic stovetop with two burners, nice shower (with water heater),e etc., makes this an excellent place to stay and I would do so again in the future. On top of all of that, the host was welcoming and gracious and all of the staff were just as kind and helpful. I think anyone will be happy with there stay here!

Good for self catering”
If, like me, you prefer to be able to prepare your own meals for anything other than a short stay, this apartment is a good option. It is spacious and well enough equipped for a long stay (or short, of course). There is a laundry next door, which is convenient. It is possible to walk to City Mall and easy to get a tricycle to go downtown. The weak point, as often in the Philippines, is the bathroom. There is no water heater and the water pressure is barely adequate for a shower. It is often necessary to resort to the pail-and-scoop, which will be familiar to filipinos but may not satisfy many foreigners.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Dumaguete”
The place had all we needed to make our stay in Dumaguete City. It is perfect for anyone staying for longer than 5 days and is great for those who would prefer to cook their own meals and have the privacy of a personal apartment. Drinking water was provided by the water station below, had 2 wonderful terraces/balconies to enjoy some fresh air, 2 air-conditioners (one in the main room and one in the bedroom) that cooled the place fast, the wifi was more than enough for 4 devices and video calls for work. We enjoyed our stay, will surely be staying here whenever we're in Dumaguete.

Miss Kaye was very accommodating and helpful all throughout! The apartment is located along the main road and is very accessible. The apartment has all the amenities you need for your stay plus with a strong wifi connection! I'd highly recommend Miss Kaye's apartment if you're looking for a few days stay in this small city!

Home Away from Home: Definitely love iy”
I love the place, it’s easy to find and the host is very warm and accommodating. Everything you need is there, cooking tools, heater, utensils, name it! It’s basically home away from home. They also have a fast 80mbps wifi which made easier for me to work at night. I would definitely come back. Thanks Ms. Kaye for the amazing stay.
