Its a nice place for a short visit .. the staff is relatively decent and helpful .. my only issue was that the shower water kept changing temperature while I was taking my shower , which was annoying but i never reported it to be fair.

To lay down your head for a night”
Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights in this hotel in April 2015. This is not a hotel for a long leisure stay, I would describe it as an economy business hotel. It doesn't offer many services, the pool is very small, I've seen nobody using it during my stay, probably because of a very noisy atmosphere around it, it's located outside and separated from one of the busiest streets of Cairo only with a small fence. The other major disadvantage - no hotel parking, we have to park on the street, and pay to a couple of weird and untidy locals to look after the vehicle, while we are gone. The only purpose of the hotel - drop your luggage, go see the Giza Pyramides, come back for a night and leave in the morning, that's it. Don't get confused about 4 stars, it's more likely about 2, but still liveable, it worth the price you pay.

This is a very budget friendly hotel. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel itself is not that fancy, but meets the minimum requirements for a tourist. The breakfast is good, egyptian breakfast. You get a view of the pyramid peaks from your balcony. The hotel is located in a busy part of giza, so there are several local bargain shops around and also there are eateries around.

A good carpet cleaning and it is good to go.”
It may be the environment, but the hotel just need little details and care to look much better. My room was big, furniture was nice, but the carpet was dusty. I almost wanted to have a good carpet cleaning machine, and I would have done it myself, and I don't suffer from OCD! What I mean is, sometimes it seems like they have accepted to let it run down, which is a pitty, because the place has potential. Some water and a broom in the front to eliminate the dust and debris (I know, is in the environment), and the guest experience could be completely different, They don't see it? Probably not. The sofas at the reception, dusty, Buy a big machine to wash the carpets and this hotel could see business increase by so much, because the rest was okey, even the breakfast was good.

It was a nice stay for me from 17th to 20th night of December/2018. The room was fine. But on 18th and 19th evening , I had to come down to the reception for not opening the door though I was exhausted. The Wifi was good. But I had to renew the passwords on 19th evening and it did not work. It was very necessary for me to contact my family. But I could not get down again by the elevation because I was exhausted. On the 18th morning, wakeup call worked. But unforunately on 19th and 20th, It did not work. But the staff service was good. Abdus Salam Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Wifi was Super Slow”
We are thankful that they let us checked-in early, at 10AM. The staffs were accommodating and friendly. They offer taxi service, but they did not reply to my inquiry when I emailed them if they can pick us up from the train station. Though we still booked the taxi service to the airport and a short shop trip. Fortunately we had a perfect driver, Gabry. He changed our mood. Btw, the restaurant was not well-maintained, you can see the stain from previous mess, plus one of our companion saw that the cleaner used the floor mop to the table after wiping the floor, this is serious. They need to have hygienic standards. Then yes, wifi is terrible! So for me, it's not really worth what we paid for.
