Spacious room”
Me and my sisters had a wonderful time staying here for one night. Its a reasonable price. An electric kettle would be great though. A service umbrella perhaps, since Catanduanes does rains alot it would be a great help for the travellers. One more thing, their wifi doesnt work inside the room so you have to go outside the front desk in order to use it. Have a lovely journey everyone.

Good stay 10min walk to town ”
Nice hotel, at the time it was being renovated, a bit of noise but all good. close to town, small store around corner for bits and pieces. Markets 15min walk at night , good local fruit etc , felt safe in Virac , lovely people , plenty to see or just relax

Value for money especially for business travelers”
Location is great since it is near the market, stores, and 5-10 mins. walk to VTC. ARDCI cafe inside the hotel serves superb coffee and non-coffee beverages. Wifi connection is strong at times but needs higher bandwidth to cater more users especially if there are more guests currently checked-in. I suggest that they put another wifi to cater guests needing connection inside their rooms. (Guests needs to stay in the lobby or cafe just to connect for internet). Need to improve on maintenance of the facilities in rooms. But all the staff are approachable and dependable. Suggestion: Expand choices in breakfast and or offer buffet in breakfast

Exploring Virac Staycation”
On the first day of stay in the hotel, we're walk in costumer. We've observed that the vacant room offered is the most expensive room, other are fully book as per hotel record. We have no choice but to book the room offered. On the next day, I tried to open my Agoda account and to my surprise the room that we are occupying is vacant & much much lower price Agoda is offering. We immediately book thru Agoda & get a discounted price. Thank you Agoda. The hotel needs to improve on the breakfast menu. They offered a limited selection and a price limit of P100 for a free breakfast, more than that, we have to pay the excess.

It was pleasant, great that I choose this hotel at a very last minute. When I had to leave early they packed the breakfast for me which is very convenient. I only have one issue which is the wifi which is not available in my room.

our stay in the hotel was good, especially with the housekeeping service; however, we didn't have hot water for our shower in our last day and it will be good if they can serve brewed coffee

Nice place once you calibrate your expectations”
Nice stay overall. Some early AM noise due to ongoing construction; said work left the hallways, effectively, open to the outdoors, so halls were steambaths. Beds were so-so, but def were uncomfortable by the end of the week. Staff are mostly helpful and effective; just don't expect a proper cocktail at the 6th fl. bar - it may look stocked, but is not. Included bkfst was overall good, if small by American criteria. Coffee is meh, but to be expected in all but swankiest parts of Manila it seems.

Free Breakfast offered is unsatisfactory which is limited only to tapsilog type of food with matching 3 n1 coffee sachet. There's a room of improvement in here like serving a simple local brewed coffee and a local food alike.
