We have been to Loch Melfort several times previously and always stayed in the Superior Rooms, 5, 6 &7 and when 3 Superior rooms were advertised on the Agoda website, with no higher grade of room shown, I naturally assumed these were 5, 6 or 7. As these do not accept dogs we booked our two dogs to stay with a dog sitter at a significant cost. I even e-mailed the hotel asking if this was in fact the correct rooms but had no reply. The room we were given was one of the inferior rooms in the annex which is basically just like a Premier Inn room with a spectacular view, far from the standard of one of the Superior rooms. The room allocated could have accommodated our dogs so we paid out money we didn't have to. We are extremely disappointed in AGODA and will not be using their search engine again.
