The worst place I’ve ever stayed ”

Firstly I booked a 2 bedroom apartment to find out when I got there that it hadn’t registered and there was no space for us. They managed to get us a 1 bed apartment after 2 hours of being outside, which still wasn’t good enough so I had to look for somewhere else for the other guests. Once getting in the place was absolute trash, they have not been kept well at all. It looked like the door had been kicked in about 5 times, it was wobbly and you had to fidget with the lock to actually lock it. The shower room had yellow stains all over as if someone had went toilet on the floor. The bed was broken had a big ditch in it. Everything else was filthy we had to go to the shop to buy bleach to be able to use anything from there. Please avoid at all costs

The state of it wasn't good it was so dirty Baby come out in a rash sofas was all split and ripped not good had to leave to pay for another I did email but was ignored and no refund no air conditioning eaither

Exceptional”

Stayed in Arinza partments while my wife was an inpatient in Liverpool women's hospital I found it very convenient being only a five minute walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a short stay ,the staff were very accommodating and pleasant and the price very reasonable.

Much better for less in the city”

Firstly the price, the night was well over priced compared to the nicer areas and apartments in Liverpool, we expected a lot more. We definitely overpaid for what we got. Secondly the noise of doors slamming, people walking and hearing everything they are saying is unreal!

Decent size apartment, hot water in shower is not consistent, washing machine available but no tumble dry

I got the unit on ground floor facing a street junction on all sides. Let the curtains do their duties as people walking might see you if you yoy ooen. Disturbed by a guy knocking the window around 3am. He was drunk and stayed in the same as mine but not able to get in. It was ddisturbing. Note that the towels are small.

it was comfortable stay, but difficult to communicate with staff. I requested to keep my post because I need to use them as soon as I arrive. space was big enough for one person but all other rooms are occupied by group, so if you drive it is comfortable stay and easy to access anywhere, in my case I dont drive so had hard time to find taxi as it is located in far from central.

Good accommodation but facilities a bit lacking”

the apartments were reasonably clean although smear marks on table and mirror surfaces and glasses etc meant my colleague and i felt we needed to wash everything we used just in case! my bedroom (the single) had no wardrobe so i had to keep going into my colleagues room to hang stuff and fetch suits etc. my bed was rather spongy and made my back hurt. the kitchen had a good cooker but there was only one frying pan - with rust on it and very few other pans. there was no teapot or coffee plunger so that was a bit of a downer but actually as far as being reasonably priced the place was ok and warm - well heated and thermostat to control that.

Lovely hotel ”

Very good, would recommend to anybody needing an apartment away from home. But please note, its not a Hotel, so no daily change of bed sheets or cleaning. Apart from that all good

Appartement spacieux mais le sol moquette !”

Nous avons dû changer d'appartement car l'alarme sonnait continuellement. La proprietaire nous a donné un appart plus grand que prévu par contre le sol n'était pas trés propre. De même j'ai dû relaver la vaisselle qui n'était pas trés nette. Par contre l'appart est bien situé et bien équipé. Il y a un parking pour la voiture.
