Comfortable and modern”
My stay at Arinza Hotel London was so great. I had anticipated that I would have a shared bathroom (because that is what my reservation specified) and I did not expect anything too nice. When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff and they got me into the room promptly. They also helped me and my partner figure where to buy good food and he called over the phone to order the food so it would be ready when my partner and I arrived. Inside the room (double bed size), there was a nice clean bed, two blankets, four pillows, 2 large towels, 2 small towels, a clean modern bathroom with washing supplies and a shower cap, cable television, multiple lights, tea, a kettle, and a desk. The bathroom was not large, but there was no part of it that was uncomfortable or unreasonably sized. The shower was a stand up, single-person sized shower, no bath-tub. The bed was very firm, and I did not love how firm it was, but that is a personal preference. My partner enjoyed the firmness of the bed. It did not feel like an old mattress. Nothing in the room seemed old. I forgot to mention, the room is air conditioned which was really pleasant in the cold weather.

i was looking for a cheap hotel that was located near(ish) to stratford. the arinxa neatly fitted the bill as it was not only good value, but just as importantly it was good quality too. upon arrival we were upgraded to a 'junior suite'. as far as i'm aware this is the same as other rooms except that its a bit bigger with a small settee and contains a small kitchen (microwave, sink and fridge). the room was very well kept and new decor throughout. only minor issues was that the shower rail had slipped so the shower head was too low and that parking is almost non existant. in fairness to the arinza they have 5 free spaces on a first come basis unless you book (if you are allowed), and it is not the hotel's fault if there on road parking is restrictive. ilford train station is a 5 min walk. overall a good hotel and if we happened to be in the area again i would have no hesitation in staying here.

My stay at the Arinza Hotel was fairly enjoyable. The hotel is quite far from the train station but there are bus stops nearby and car parking is available as well. The room and services were a lot better than some places I have stayed in London for the same price. Air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities and breakfast were included in the room charge, which was nice. The only issue I had was that the WiFi service was slow and I sometimes had difficulties connecting.

Good for money but location not good”
This place is in east of London. takes us 2 hours by subway to get there. everytime go to city centre of London takes 1 hour sometime 1.5hour. The location is kind of like community, many indian restaurant around by, also cheaper than city centre. My cousin and I stayed there 5 nights because of we have limited budget. if you want take subway , you have to walk 15min to the station called Gants hill. that we did everyday. you also can take bus to subway station, less than 5 min to walk to the bus station. This area is a bit mess, when my cousin and I walked on the street with 3 suitcases in the evening, one black car suddenly stopped and a guy was yelling at me " you are so beautiful", my cousin and I were scared, she and I just run. such an experence. lol . the staff is quite friendly, we checked in 3 am in the morning on Saturday because our flight delayed, my cousin was hungry, the staff in the reception helped us order food which is really thoughtful. Facilities are old, that is why sounds insulation is really bad. we were there was easter holiday, everynight another guests just very loud thaat really anoying.

My significant other and I stayed for 5 nights at the Arinza Hotel in Ilford. The hotel is good located there; it only takes 10 minutes to get to the Ilford rail station, from where trains take you to the city center in 40 - 60 minutes. There are also a lot of busses around. We booked a classic double room with breakfast (which I wouldn't recommend; so use the Tesco or LIDL next street over) at the Arinza Hotel for our stay. The room was so small, that we couldn't completely open the bathroom door since the bed was standing right in front of it. But it was clean, as far as we could tell, even though it could've been better: There were some stains at the mattress cover, the blankets had holes, and there were patches of mold and rust in the adjacent bathroom. When we asked for some new sheets and towels, the staff was really helpful and brought them within 10 minutes. In general, the staff was friendly and very obliging when we had some problems with our credit card.

Kindness and efford of the staff”
Hotel is little far from London but still with train it takes only 21 minutes to Liverpool Street station and 10 min to Stratford and subway from there. Bed was nice to sleep in and bathroom comfortable. Only necative thing was that neighbours were noisy with doors.Best thing in English hotels is that its always possible to make own coffee, even for free.

I enjoyed my time there the place was quite clean. It has been applied some reforms to the rooms with a quite new restroom. I have almost no complains, just the views and windows, it is not a huge building or tall structure, making view null and at least to have some you have to get a front room. Staff was extremely courteous and helpfull, nice guys. The hotel is in a walking distance from the tube even I used once as I drove mostly all the times, parking at front of the hotel.

Hotel was very lovely. It is located only few minutes from Ilford train station and it is easy to find hotel. Staff was friendly. This hotel is great value for money, mostly for people who do not like back packing and prefer higher standard, but do not want to spend too much. I find it hard to believe that hotel is four star hotel, but still it is really great standard for the price.

Definitely not what I was expecting, would have thought the room to be a lot smaller and in a state. The room was a acceptable size. Nicely presented. The only issue I'd say is that during early hours you hear constant doors opening and closing, which is quite annoying when asleep. Not a place to stay in for a long time though.

small but clean and "everything you need" room”
The hotel is very pleasant. Rooms are very small but have got everything you need. Walking (15 minutes) walking distance to tube station. Complimentary breakfast to the room was a nice touch.

When it's hot in the room I asked the staff and was told there is no air-cond in the room and instead to open the small window in the middle of the ceiling to allow the cold air to come in. It did get cooler but there are insects flying into the room. Location is slightly far from the city. Toilet is a little bit too small for comfort, IMHO.
