My sleep was good. My only problem was half of the table has been occupied by the television. There was little room for my PC and other personal stuff.

About a 10 min walk from Okayama station. You have access to the Aeon mall which is pretty much right across the street. The hotel seems a little dated, but overall nice. The breakfast was great.

It’s near the Okayama station and there is a big shopping mall near the hotel. So it’s very convenient. And the breakfast was delicious I’m very satisfied with it. But they don’t have hot springs or large bath house. It’s its shortcomings I think.

It is closed to the station and clean. The bed is big and comfortable. But there is no remote control for the air conditioner and I can’t set the temperature.

The location is ok, not great. The room was fine although the carpet was a little dirty. The big problem was that for my 2 day stay, the intenet went out completely on about 5pm of my first day until about 3pm of my second (and last) day. That was dfifficult as I'd come to Okayama for work!

Smoking room debacle”

Booked a non-smoking room, got a smoking room. A senior hotel staff was very reluctant to say the least when I raised the issue. Location is good - a walking distance from Okayama Station. Lots of eateries nearby.

Room is smaller than expected. Opposite to Aeon mall but when we first arrived, we did not know and walked a long way to find the hotel.

This was a typical Japanese hotel. The room was incredibly tiny! Very very basic amenities. Good location, but truly it's just a place to rest your head for the night. Not a room to lounge round in due to its minuscule size.

No WiFi ! Dirty room ! Bad smell at toilet ! Original we booked three nights , we decided check out immediately and booked another hotel

Ótima localização - ao lado de um grande shopping Center - e a menos de 500 metros da estação central do JR. o tamanho dos quartos é excelente entretanto o banheiro é bem pequeno. O café da manhã tem muita variedade para os orientais mas pouca variedade para os ocidentais

A casa-de-banho do quarto não estava limpa (sobretudo sanita e banheira) e acabei por me sentir enojada e não fui capaz de tomar banho lá. Foi bastante decepcionante, tendo em conta que estive um total de 6 noites noutros hotéis com casas de banho partilhadas e, essas sim, estavam imaculadas no que diz respeito a limpeza. Caso, como eu, não tenha alternativa e seja necessário ficar em quarto para fumadores, por favor tome nota de que os quartos têm o cheiro a tabaco entranhado.
