It was fun, but not worth the price”
Sunset in Santorini is not the best in the world, the view from the hotel honeymoon suite though amazing, is not worth the price. It's sister hotel Aspaki is ten times better, the breakfast was amazing (unlike Oia Castle) and it's rooms are half the price with marginally lesser views of the sunset (but better sunrise view) and Aspaki has a resaurtant which caters to your needs (Oia doesn't even have one, nor can you get room service) if I were to come back to Santorini I would recommend Aspaki, however if you aren't splurging, I would recommend a cheap hotel/hostel and go to the sunset area, you won't miss much.

Unbelievable location, views, food, people. I researched for months and have zero regrets. They’re so helpful with getting your plans/agenda figured out and will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. We had the honeymoon suite at Oia Castle and hands down the best view of sunset from our hot tub. It does get a little crowded around you if you’re looking behind with everyone watching the sunset but somehow still private. My husband is tall so he has hit his head a couple times on low ceilings. AC works great which is super important to us. No complaints, just book it and enjoy!

Most romantic holiday and a perfect place. Breakfast was included on the terrace and absolutely beautiful. Our room had its own private viewing deck upstairs to watch the sunset and have some bubbly. We did us the sister hotel for the pool since we didn’t have a pool to layout at. It was a 5 min walk and another beautiful location. Definitely one of the best hotels and vacations we have been on.

My husband and I stayed at deluxe pool Villa. The Villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and outdoor pool that's in shade. There's a kitchen but not really meant to be used - no plates, silverware etc. Caldera view was not that impressive but the Sunset view was amazing. Upstairs for the sunset area is not private but the room and the pool area is private. Staffs were really nice. They arranged couple tours for us. Pool temperature was warm enough that I could stay long without feeling cold but also cool enough to cool down in 100 degree weather. I think they clean the pool daily. There were bugs in the pool overnight and they were cleaned later when I checked. Breakfast was served not in the room but a location about 15 ft away. Fresh juices were my favorite! They did the pickup and drop off service with charge, and we really liked it since the walking path has many steps and it was very slippery. We made one way to do just luggage transfer from Fira so that we could do Fira to Oia hike and it worked out well. I'm glad we stayed there and I'd love to go back!

room is a bit smaller than expected when coming to that price, but you can have your very own balcony and jacuzzi for the beautiful sunset in Oia, you can see everyone outside chasing for a space for the view, while you can just stay at the balcony relaxingly or in the jacuzzi privately with the complimentary wine from the hotel. hotel can arrange transfer for you at your own cost, or even you dun call for the transfer, you can call them for picking up your luggage when you arrive the driveway outside, it is a bit hard for moving the luggage by ourselves in the crowded for a 10 mins walk with stairs, their staff is very helpful at that. by the way, not recommended to people do not like walking stairs, coz first of all, the hotel is not close to the driveway as told, and second, breakfast is not served at your room and you need to walk down to the breakfast area, actually if you can't do stairs, you may avoid Oia, coz itz just stairs all around and very crowded during the day time.

Oia Castle is literally in the the BEST location for sunset viewing. The terraces are wonderful. Every night was spectacular watching the sunset with wine in the hot tub or on the patio while hundreds of others are crowding the castle above or streets to catch a glimpse, it was really very special! The rooms are beautiful and fitting with the Oia building style. Elias and the staff were wonderful and made our honeymoon stay a breeze. He recommended great restaurants each night and helped us with reservations. We loved going to the pool everyday in the evening for a drink and a dip in the pool as well. Also, it is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Everything was wonderful!

허니문으로 가는거라 숙소를 엄청 고심해서 골랐어요! 한국에서 유명한 곳들은 풀부킹이어서 아고다를 샅샅히 뒤져가며 찾다가 이 숙소를 예약했습니다. 한국인이 남긴 후기가 많이 없어서 걱정했는데 괜한 걱정이었어요. 예약하자마자 공항에서 숙소까지 픽업서비스에 대한 안내를 받았고 전날에도 또 안내를 받아서 이용했어요. 숙소도 비수기라 그런지 업그레이드 되었는데 진짜 넘넘 좋았어요 깔끔함은 물론이고 상상속에서만 보던 산토리니 전망을 볼 수 있었어요. 방안에 풀이 있어서 매일 밤낮으로 수영하고 자쿠지에서 샴페인 마시면서 보는 산토리니 선셋의 감동은 아직도 생생합니다. 그리고 무엇보다 주인 아저씨가 넘넘넘넘 친절하십니다. 숙소이용법도 상세히 설명해주시고 맛집도 추천해주시고 지도 펼쳐저 포토스팟도 알려주셨어요 ㅋㅋ 정말 다시 산토리니를 가게 되면 이곳에 꼭 다시 가고싶어요!! 평생 잊지못할 허니문이 되었습니다.
