Location, facilities, cleanliness, accessibility, and above all, all their staff were PERSONABLE, EXCELLENT, SO HELPFUL, AMAZING, and you know that they CARE. I’ve never written a hotel review, and this is the first. I will choose this hotel again for sure. Other hotels have access to the subway system that’s so easy to and from both Haneda and Narita airport. It’s the people working at this hotel that made the biggest difference. Thank you so much!!!

Artsy Inn is truly a gem! I arrived at the hotel quite late in the evening and the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful to assist with my queries and request. The room was very clean and orderly which made my overnight stay very comfortable. Shout out to Takumi Katsumoto who is by far the friendliest and most helpful hotel manager I've met so far! He truly made sure I am well cared for. Knowing that I only spoke little Japanese, he went out of his way to call the hotel venue of the wedding I was going to attend to inquire if I could leave my baggage there and even booked a taxi for me to go to the hotel as it was raining. Thank you so much, Katsumoto san! Cheers and looking forward to visiting Artsy Inn again! :)

Nice hotel for short stay”
I stayed there for 1 night before heading to Hokkaido. The staff can speak English very well to introduce the facilities of the hotel. The room is really small, can barely for 2 people to walk inside. But you would get everything you need like hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and water. Everything is in neat and organised condition too!

I stayed for 2 nights. When I came back on the 2nd night, I noted the room has been tidied. However, the staff didn't change new towels and also didn't refill the toothpaste. I feel disappointed.

A very good deal in Tokyo”
Good points: - The price is so good for the value - Room is clean, very cozy. I like the foamy blanket and comfortable pillows - Staff are so helpful, they helped keeping my big luggage for 3 days while I navigated around Japan with my small luggage, before I go back to Tokyo and stay with them again. - The building is very easy to find, right next to 7 Eleven - Walking distance from train stations Points to be considered: - They have a laundry room, but it is not open from 9pm until 7am the next day (and I have to leave early) Apart from that, I really like this hotel and will definitely stay with them next time I am in Tokyo!

Artsy Inn is a gem near Asakusa . We could take a leisurely walk from yhe Inn along Sumida river to reach Sensoji. The Inn is near 3 subway station, so it is very convenient by Keiso Line from Narita airport to Higashi Nihonbashisubway stn, by grey line from Ueno stn to Artsy Inn and from Bachurako stn to Tokyo stn. The room is considered spacious by Tokyo standard and it is very new and clean! Staff is very friendly and helped us to place our stored luggage into our room while we went to tour around before chevking in at 3pm. Opposite the Inn is a local bento shop that sells delicious & affordable bento sets. A few steps away is a 7-11 store, across the street you can find a small Aeon supermarket and 2 cafe that serve good voffee and sandwiches. A great value stay at Artsy Inn and we recommend this inn to anyone who plan to stay near Ueno or Asakusa area.

The inn was reasonably priced and staffs were all hospitable. It was really clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that the aircon seems to not work. I adjusted it to the lowest setting but still the room didn’t get cold. I woke up in sweats.

Clean and new accommodation facility in a convenient location. Staff was polite. I especially liked the wide wood desk which was very comfortable to get some work done.
