My 1st Staycation at Aruga”
Everything was organized, Front Desk Officer Maxene, ho checked men in patient ly responded to my queries (being my 1st time to stt at this property) The room was quaint, perfect for my simple needs, the pathway to the Power Plant Mall was great, the weather being unpredictable the last week of Nov, this coonecting wing to Power Plant Mall was heaven sent. Even Security Officers Vincent and Rolly were very proactively helpful when they saw me, in separate occasions, carrying my Shopping bags (it only contained the M Bakery Cupcakes I bought to I dluge myself, a luxury I bypassed in my NYC vacation in 2012 and 2013. I would strongly endorse Aruga Apartments for its innate charm and natural elegance, time and budge permitting, I would go back to stay I dulge in a heartbeat !! Thank you Maxene, Rolly and Vincent for a delightful time, I'll spread t word on your wonderful property, till my next Aruga Apartments booking!?

Great place to relax within the cit”
Staff is always welcoming and warm. Every time we visit we encounter friendly staff. I would recommend more buffet and plated breakfast options, a warmer pool at night, and more affordable price points. When we recently wed in a nearby church, I was recommending this hotel to friends, but while they thought it was nice, it was a bit pricey. Otherwise, great location that connects to Power Plant, majestic bed, tasty Shakshouka, excellent staff, and scenic night pool during the Christmas season because of all the lights around Rockwell.

Excellent Hotel”
Aruga by Rockwell exceeded our expectations. We wanted to stay at a hotel for my husband's birthday and it was such a wonderful experience and we made the best choice. Our whole family enjoyed the pool, the breakfast, the room and the convenience that it offered. Easy Access to Powerplant”
I stayed with my husband overnight and it was a very relaxing experience. Checking in took 5 minutes and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Proper protocol was practiced (sanitation, social distancing) in the vicinity and the best part of staying in Aruga is the easy access to Powerplant. We stayed on a rainy day and got what we needed (groceries and food) without getting wet! Breakfast was also very prompt. Thank you, Aruga for our wonderful stay!

Exceptional”
This was my 3rd staycation in Aruga. I felt safe and secure in this hotel. It was always a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is also conveniently located near Power Plant Mall with direct access at the basement.

Peace of mind”
I can summarize what I can say about Aruga into 3 words, peace of mind. It gives me an overall peace of mind - security, cleanliness, covid!!!, ang the location is amazing. One thing i really consider with any placr during this time is if it gives you the feeling of security when it comes to covid esp with the high cases. Aruga management makes it sure that they are on top when it comes to sanitation and observing proper protocol to prevent spread of virus. I have to add though that its so convenient that they have an onsite covid test. The other hotel i went to asked me to go to Makati Med which I refused bec I’m super scared with hospitals right now.

The best hotel in Makati ”
I love to stay at aruga, I enjoy it because I feel so special, i book in advance my car and very quick check in , golf car can take me to supermarket at 2am and when I feel bored i go to the power planet mall which is connected to the hotel. Their staff are so sweet and supportive . I would never change my stay to any other hotel.

I have always opted to stay here primarily because of how it is convenient located. I have access to basically anything I need within walking distance. Not to mention the safety you feel wherever you are in the rockwell area. Hotel staff were very polite and are always willing to help and assist you with anything you need. We went there at exactly 1 pm for our Antigen Testing and waited for less than 30 mins for the result. (P1650/person) We loved how hands-on they are with their guests especially the nurse & receptionist that catered us. We felt safe and "ARUGA". Supposedly, our check-in time was 3 pm but the room was already prepared-yay for early check-in! We suggested for a good and quiet room, yet an upgrade came into a surprise. We only booked Studio Deluxe but they provided us with a grand and spacious room (Premiere Room). Thanks aruga! Thank you also for being responsive on our emails and for being considerate with our requests! We dined in Dean & Deluca for breakfast. It was delicious and delightful. NEW FAVE CAFE! We'll definitely go back. Overall, it was a lovely experience. Near POWERPLANT MALL! Near GOOD CAFES! It's a place like home. Thank you, aruga!

Aruga is our home away from home, it’s the best location, no need of a car, specially if your just traveling short trip, and all the staff are polite & helpful, safety is next to none, I always have a piece of mind staying in a place where I can still walk around all the restaurants inside the mall and outside around the mall, great selections of eateries, and shopping.

Comfortable and Clean”
Booked studio deluxe, though a bit pricey, the room was quiet, clean, a bit spacious even with 2 guests, and the place has really nice location since it’s just beside Powerplant mall. I love how the basement has access to the mall, very convenient. Overall our short stay was really comfortable, plus plus to the staff who were very accommodating and kind. We’ll definitely consider this place on our next staycation.

Aruga is at a great location. Amenities are very good, ATMs nearby at the lower level of the mall, money exchanger lower level of mall. Their kitchens are very clean. I enjoy cooking when I can. Many restos in the mall and around the mall. This is one of my favorite places to stay in Makati!
