Bad experience”
A very bad experience. The hotel did not adhere to the deadlines for handing over rooms to customers. It was mentioned that the time for handing over the rooms is at 3 in the afternoon. But when I came to the hotel, the room was handed over to me at 8 at night. I do not recommend this hotel because they do not have credibility from the beginning.

Very Poor Service”
I had stayed around 4days in this hotel. The only first day they provide regular service and then we need call and remind them what they have to do. Further, I had a very bad experience that when I was there, at the time there were rain and rain water enter inside the room. In short customer satisfaction nill. I would be recommending to "Hamasa Plaza, Al Buraimi, less than 1Km far from this hotel"

the room has not been cleaned properly. there are no tea bags and coffee in the room. services were just basic. there are no restaurants in the hotel, and need to go to an Iranian restaurant in another hotel next door, breakfast is sent to the room in the morning. the only advantage of this hotel is its location, closed to the broader, supermarket, and etc.

in the morning of our second day of stay, we have no running water in the room, and we have to wait for 2 hours. in the afternoon of our third day, wifi in the rooms stopped working, and the problem has not been fixed overnight.

Internet is a huge problem ”
My expectations were not that high. So I guess I didn't have much of a problem. But Internet was really an issue. I repeatedly asked the reception to fix the problem but I don't even think they were trying it. The wifi Internet was working on the ground floor so it couldn't have been much of the issue to resolve.

Breakfast was bad because of the unhealthy food and very limited options .. also the lack of coffee and tea.. The service you receive at the hotel is not commensurate with the high price.. Old furniture with smell and Insects inside the room..
