This hotel is located right opposite the Matsuya dept store and within 2-3 mins walk to the nearest entrance to Ginza Line in Asakusa station. I simply love the accessibility to the Ginza or Asakusa lines as it makes travelling by the subway so much more convenient especially with kids and an elderly parent. The hotel room itself (we got 2 rooms with 3 beds) is not that big but we could make do with it. The rooms are superbly clean, staff are really friendly and the breakfast was sufficient. What I love about this hotel is that they have a self-service coin-operated laundromat on 11th and 7th floor and you can easily use the washer-dryer whenever you need to get your clothes cleaned. And conveniently, you can check the availability or status of your washing via the tv! How cool is that! Will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time I’m in Tokyo! Thank you for making this stay a lovely one especially for my partner’s kids who are visiting Tokyo for the very first time 😊

Worth it”
Am glad that I booked This hotel in Asakusa! Its so close to the hotspots of Asakusa. Reccomended to go to ROX which is not far. Also, subway is so accesible..though expect yourself to walk a bit when you first arrive with luggage as lifts are limited in station and only available on specific exits.. Staffs were attentive and helpful. They also have Takkyubin which is definitely reccomended to deliver your luggage if you are travelling to another city! Staff will assist with filling of form in Japanese for you. Booked a room for 3 and the bed was comfortable and the view was great facing Sumida river and the skytree. Bath and toilet being separate is great as well. Would stay in the same hotel again in future!

Great location, clean hotel”
One of the best hotels i've stayed in Tokyo so far. Very near train stations, lots of shops and restaurants around, Sensoji Temple is just round the corner. Room size is good for 2 ppl. I requested for a room with Skytree view and was glad the hotel arranged that for me despite a peak season. I enjoyed the view entirely. Room was new and clean. Will definitely choose this hotel again in future.

Great location, big beds”
Easy access to subway stations (one train from narita but tricky to find elevators from the station to street level if you have a lot of luggage. If able-bodied, then it's easier to just take the stairs) check in was a breeze. Staff are very helpful. The hotel is clean and has floors with microwave/ice dispensers/coin laundry/vendos. The beds are big but the room is a little cramped and barely has storage. Also the pillows are TINY. Good sized bathroom with amenities. Overall a good base for exploring tokyo.

The staff was quite helpful in finding a room for me that met my requirements (being quiet and having a good view of the Tokyo Skytree). The bedding is extremely comfortable. The design of the separate bathroom and toilet is fantastic. Every floor has a coin laundry room with a dryer and a washing machine, which is extremely convenient.

No regrets!”
We were both very happy with our stay. It’s just three blocks away from the Asakusa shopping street which is sheltered, and filled with restaurants including Mac and retail shops. Once into the street, about five stores away is Exit 6 on Ginza line. About a few stores away from hotel is 24hr 7-11. Love the location!! The hotel itself is pretty new hence everything in the room is spic and span. The room service crew did a good job, of course. The frontline staff at reception were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to serve. Thumbs up! There is a laundry room with several machines, which you can view live status of whether they are being used on tv in the room! We didn’t use the machines but thought it’s really convenient! Free coffee on third floor was a blessing to my Mister who is a coffee addict. Didn’t try the buffet breakfast. Would be neat if there is water dispenser though we can boil water from the tap, just that the kettle is a smaller capacity of 600ml. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed staying in Asakusa Tobu Hotel. Will return again should we come back to Tokyo :)

Steps from Asakusa station ”
We had a great stay here and got a great deal somehow ($180 for 3 nights.) The hotel was very clean and spacious for a hotel in Japan. I liked that the sink, toilet, and shower/tub were all split up. The hotel was also steps away from Asakusa station which is on the Ginza line, which was very convenient for getting to Ginza and Shibuya area

It’s the best choice in Tokyo. Very good location, train stationis just across the street. It’s walking distance, just a few hundred meters, to Senso-ji Temple, Nakamise Shopping Street, and Hoppy Street. It’s a good base in Tokyo. Also, our rooms are clean, amenities are great! It has coin laundry. Breakfast choices are good.

You’re right in the center of Asakusa. There’s a 7/11 right next door for those who need anything last minute. The room was clean, spacious, and felt very modern. Staff were friendly and answered any questions I had thoroughly. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo !

The room is very spacious for Tokyo and even comes with separated shower and toilet. Beddings are a little bit hard but we had excellent sleep thanks to very good air conditioning and heaters. One of the best feature is the laundry monitoring system through TV. This hotel is very high on my list for my next visit in Tokyo

Location is quite convenient that with several station entrance/exit nearby, tourist sightseeing areas close to the hotel, hotel service is satisfactory and my husband much appreciated the bathroom facility, likely enjoying the onsen. Highly recommended to the friends once back to HK.

Best bargain at the center of Asakusa”
here’s the thing.. I booked a room for my mom and sister while they spent 3 nights in Tokyo. Space-wise you can not expect spacious hotel room in Japan with certain budget. However, this hotel is just about the right amount of everything. Cheap, Located at the center of Asakusa (near to almost every sightseeing spot) and not to small. I would just say it was a fair trade of money.
