This place is nice and convenient”
I had two stays there. Perfect, nothing to say, the staff is very efficient and nice. Bad note for the restaurant "Le Mesclun", we had to wait for ages... We were 6, the drinks came one by one, slowly during 30 minutes... We had our main courses same way, one by one... The only thing they were able to do is refilling our glasses of water ! 15 times or more... I was waiting for food, not for water ! But, by the way, the food is very good, quite casual for an hotel of that level but good ! I can understand that the staff can be over booked, but we were only 20 people in this place. Quite a shame !

One of the best”
We enjoyed our stay here at Ascott Makati. Our room is clean, staff are all pleasant. We had booked a home/hotel massage service for two and it was really relaxing, everything went well as planned. If you want a relaxing stay with dinner and shopping on your list, Ascott Makati is the right hotel to be. Will definitely go back and stay longer. Their Mesclun reataurant is also nice, had a superb breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended.

One of the best and most accessible hotels in Makati”
This is one of my best stays in a hotel. It is very accessible to so many malls and metro rail. My room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The dining area was also nice. My only issues: the TV does not have enough channels nor Netflix and other apps. Other than that, my stay was perfectly satisfying.

You get what you pay for.”
Not only are the rooms amazing and clean, the staff are very friendly and will great you everytime you walk past them. If you ever need anything, call the front desk or as you'rewalking past, stopby and they will get it for you. The breakfast buffet is great and beside the normal staple breakfast items, it rotates. I only stay here since my initial stay years ago. I would recommend this establishment to my family, friends and you.

The room we got was spacious, but unfortunately we got a room that seemed to have a few kinks. for one, we couldn't work our TV out, but that was fine. The technician had to fix our washing machine twice, once to wash and once to dry, haha. Someone was smoking in the other room, so they brought in an air purifier, which I transferred to our bedroom after the smoke was gone from the living room, because I got allergic to the dust in the room (I'm very sensitive though, so this isn't a normal thing for most travelers.) But... the staff were all very genuinely accommodating. The room was spotless, the bathroom was very clean, and the decor was great. water pressure was just exact, and while my extension for another day wasn't exactly seamless, I appreciated their efforts in helping me keep the same room that I had, so that I wouldn't need to pack. All in all, a lovely experience. Thanks so much!

Very accommodating ”
We stayed for 1 week in a 2-bedroom suite. Our lodging was roomy and spacious. The staff were very good about providing extra blankets and amenities (soaps, teabags, refilling water gallon, etc) when we requested for them. They generously provided us with a free late check out, which allowed us additional time to pack up all of our belongings and make it to the airport in the evening. We had our breakfast on the 6th floor every morning - we recommend trying the ube champorado. Kudos to Ascott Makati’s friendly front desk staff who listened and were very attentive to all of our needs. The gentlemen on the ground lobby were also very helpful and were a great assistance in transferring our luggage and flagging down our Grab rides. Their security dog, Dom, was exceptional & we adored him. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve every had. Thank you to Ascott for making our trip in Makati a memorable one!

Right next door to Glorietta Mall, SM Mall and walking distance to Greenbelt. Easy to get a grab or taxi too. Best part of this hotel is the large Gym! We also appreciate the 25L purified water that is supplied automatically to the rooms, so you can fill up your water bottles and no need to open any plastic bottles. Room Service is quick as well. Breakfast buffet isn’t as great anymore as before, but one can request cheese and yogurt from the waiter. Love that I can make my own coffee (although hope they can heat the cups a but, as the coffee isn’t very hot - staff is aware and doing their best). Very friendly staff, especially the greeter lady at breakfast. Reception is great too and so are the bell boys. Always a pleasant staff and we shall choose this hotel again. Thank you.

Feels like home”
Ascott is becoming our go-to hotel to prep for our flight back. The location is just perfect, right next to glorietta/greenbelt, every store is just accessible. The rooms are spacious and clean. I hope the price stays reasonable so I can look forward to my next stay at Ascott Makati.

Excellent Location”
This is my second time staying in this hotel. Location is great if wanted to commute public transport. MRT is just 3min walk and can access to different parts of metro via train or bus. Though I'm a frequent traveller to MNL, once you get to orientate the place, it's a great city for a weekend getaway.

One of our best staycation so far! All of the staff are so friendly and very accommodating from front desk (Ms. Pearl and Ms. Henny), services (Mr Jim and Ms. Candice)! All of them are soooo nice. One of the Best hotel in Manila for families and group”
This is the best location because once you go down, it’s already the glorietta mall. The beds are 5 star quality. Soft bed, pillows, blankets. Spacious 2 bedroom with big sala and dining and kitchen. When we arrive, there’s only 2 sets of plates (maybe they forgot ) but you can request for anything you need. The gym is complete with good variety equipments and the pool is very clean and the jacuzzi is big and hot just how we like it. Buffet breakfast is good and complete too. It a hotel I highly recommend and would visit again next time even though I only live nearby.

Your “apartment” in Makati”
I travelled alone and stayed in a one bedroom at the Ascott. I felt like I was in spacious apartment rather than a hotel. The place was spotless. From the bedsheets, towels down to the dishes. It’s an “old” hotel but felt new,clean and modern to me. Loved the large pool, gym and location. Free parking and breakfast was good too. Will be my first choice to stay if I had to come back to Manila.

Excellent Location & Staff”
I stayed here for 2 nights after my connecting flight was cancelled. It was recommended by Agoda in the app, and while not exactly budget friendly, the location, comfort and staff really made it worth it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable for 2 adults and perhaps 1 child. The hotel is attached to a big mall, with several more malls in the surrounding area. So great for food, shopping and meeting up with friends. My only negatives are: 1. As with many hotels, the windows can't open for fresh air, so the room has a bit of a musty smell. 2. Breakfast wasn't exactly bad, but it could have been better, especially for the price per night. Their coffee is excellent though! 3. My shower water pressure was bad. I've stayed at 2 star hotels whose shower pressure was so much better. And because the low pressure, and the fact you're showering in the bathtub, it can be a bit challenging getting properly wet. Other than that, it was quite a comfortable stay.
