Room was clean. No elevator, entrance on 2nd floor, small rooms, no view. Basic crash pad. Staff was friendly, Water and any hot drinks could be bought at front desk.

Shower Facing the Wall”
Staff are nice and helpful, but the facilities are not good. -Air condition is leaking inside the room, - Water in the shower is weak/shower is defective, you have to face the wall/ lean on the wall for you to able to shower yourself. -Toilet cover is also defective. Parking is not good there is not enough space. Keycard is not also working. You can connect to there wifi but there is no connection.

Does not accept pets, even for small dog breeds.Staff not too knowledgeable on bookings made thru Agoda and had to wait for them to review their bookings. There is no parking space allotted to customers,just the frontage of the hotel,to be shared with tricycles waiting for passengers Wifi signal is strong....... on the roofdeck. One good point-the security guards are helpful. All in all just a one star hotel. There are better choices nearby.

Very UNFRIENDLY staff (3 PM Sat May 22,2021 shift) Internet is a SCAM ( they gave us a password but the connection cannot be searched) NO drinking water in the facility ( most hotels have complimentary bottled water for their guests) They want us to buy from the front desk but when you buy, they will charge you with a delivery fee of 50. ( Can the hotel staff do the delivery themselves or even the housekeepers?) And the most annoying part is that we were not given a Senior Citizen discount despite presenting my husband’s ID. ( I know that this is against the law, NOT honoring SC discount) We are frequent travelers and we’ve been to hotels all over the country. This is the only hotel we’ve been where I gave a below zero rating. A big NO NO to ASIA NOVO BOUTIQUE HOTEL in Alaminos City Pangasinan.
