this hotel is nice, near everything. The only downsides for me, no elevator and the door sometimes is hard to open. But overall it's very good and clean. The AC is also cold.

Clean and near everything. If you need to do some errands that need to go to the local schools, church, and government office, this is a good choice. There is 7 eleven and local eateries beside it.

The staff were friendly including Manong Guard who assisted us in our parking. The location is closer to market and very accessible to Graceland Resto. The facilities are clean and maintained very well. With the price, it's very affordable. So close in Vinzons Wharf going to Calaguas island. Overall rating is very satisfied! 😄😉😄

not recommended for people who have issues climbing stairs as they do not have an elevator. We also had a busted bathroom light during our stay and reported it, however it was not replaced until we left. It would also be great if they at least have short orders for food as it is quite hard to get food late at night. Data signal within the area is not too good as well.

Ariived to realise it was in th busiest are , no parking and drove around to try find close parking . Called the hotel to ask for any parking areas available to even pay for safe parking but not much help . Didn’t stay there in the end for our 3 night stay i forfeited the cost
