If you’re looking for a budget hotel this is the hotel for you. Stay is ok but the elevator is not operating so we had to used the stairs to go in our room (4th floor)

pros: location is great as convenience store, groceries, fastfood, terminal are very near. very cheap okay for the price cons: weak AC, No elevator as we are assigned in 5th floor, saw some cockroach in the restroom. But this is okay if you will just sleep and go out for a tour the next day.

When we arrived there around 12:15am. The front Desk inform ask that they will not accept us anymore because its already pass 12 midnight....we have to look for a place to stay for the night after a long drive from Cebu and the lady was so rude

Family suite room is ok for an overnight stay tho outlets are a bit away from the beds. There room also smelt bad. Parking area is so low and narrow. Lobby is also very dim and not welcoming. Elevator is broken. Most of the staff are not customer oriented. The hotel supervisor was very snobbish and did not even bother to properly accommodate us and was even annoyed that we booked that morning. Only plus is it’s location as it is right in the downtown area.

We stayed at the 4th floor and their elevator is out of service! When asked when this issue happened, THEY SAID DURING THE PANDEMIC! Gosh! It has been almost 2 years and the elevator is not working!

The room is so big and clean , though the door at cr not well maintain , no rugs on the floor, so we need to bring our own to the extend we forget to bring it back hahaha, the hallway is so hot as we are located at the last room near on the exit area in which the exhaust of the aircon are located...and lastly the parking space we are bet worried because its quite dark and not well clean.

A lot has changed!”
First of, the elevator is working as of this writing. Next, the room is neat, though you can tell that it stood the test of time. A.C is working fine so as the TV. Just enough pressure on the water both shower and sink. I love that they use comforters instead of thin sheets as a blanket and they were able to cater to my request, which is additional pillows. Great value for your money and place is w/in the downtown area, so accessibility is no question. Surely, there's a lot of improvement since the pandemic😉
