My no. 1 choice in Masbate city”
For how many years now, I choose this hotel for my family- at least once a month. One thing I notice though, for a few months now, service crew is not enough. It results in long wait for room availability when in fact many rooms are vacant, its just that not cleaned fast enough.

Good hotel for the price ”
Nice room with AC and hot water for a good price. You can order food, but there are no other facility. In the center of Masbate on walking distance from everything.

I booked for a deluxe room for 1 night, the place is nice,its accessible to alot of restaurants and it was like 10 mins away from the airport. The room was big enough for 1 person or the wifi was a little bit slow but I was informed upon check in that the signal will be better if you will go in the lobby or in the hallway.

Location is strategic when you're taking a morning flight”
Just stayed for a night, since my flight is early in the morning. It takes about less than five minutes to get to the airport. Near commercial establishments, so finding things you need won't be much of a worry.

The only plus factor is the location. That's all! The rest is less than the supposed value: the staff is inefficient, no hot shower (although there seems to be a hot shower equipment installed), the toilet leaks when flushed creating foul smell, they don't give senior discounts on meals, very limited toiletries, etc.

Hotel in the City Center”
The hotel is centrally located, near Jollibee and Chowking. Banks are also nearby. Public transport (tricycle) is readily available, especially going to the airport. It is very convenient

Really good hotel for it's price. Hot shower, AC, big and good bed. Only bad points are no Wifi in the room, only in the shared areas. No special facilities, this hotel is good to sleep and visite the city. (No swimming pool)

my family had an awful experience because thwre is an accident happened during their stay. They only stay their for 1 day because of traumatic experience. When I called the hotel for reimbursement they don't even bother to reply neither call about it.
