Location and value for money this is a good choice. Kinda disappointed with the room cleanliness. The room was not clean thoroughly and the bedsheet smell kinda bad/off. I used my perfume to remove the odor.

Property is not replying to emails/phone calls”
Requested for a change of date due to flight cancellation because of the super typhoon Karding. I emailed the property prior to stay but no reply. Agoda emailed the property as well but no reply. Called them as well but they are not picking up the phone. Ridiculous!

Malapit sa Roxas Airport”
OK naman itong hotel na ito kaso medyo luma na and hindi nila masyado nalilinis yung room nila. yung 1st stay nmin ok naman yung room na binigay nila kaso yung nag 2nd stay na kami medyo hindi ko nagustuhan kase hindi nalinis ng maayos yung room. meron mga ipis . pero kung budget tight kayo ok tong hotel na ito. yung aircon nya ok naman. yung cr nya medyo amoy molds and luma na. kung hindi naman kayo mag stay ng matagal sa hotel at maglilibot kayo around roxas i recommended this one dahil affordable and very near lang sa mga malls at airport nila!

The room where we checked in was surprisingly clean. The air-conditioning unit was functioning very well. The staff are all kind. Although, the parking is limited because most of the parking slots were taken by the customers of NOVO grocery stores.

The bathroom are so smelly. Buying it online cause you inconvenience which is there is no time to check in so at the end you wait til 2pm to in.

Just didn't comfortable that we had to leave the key everytime we need to go out of the hotel . Bathroom not clean, reserved for 2 nights but only stayed for a night and looked for a better place to stay.
