Can't go wrong with this hotel, staff are courteous and helpful, restaurant is across the hotel lobby, you can order coffee and the staff will deliver to your room. Wifi is a bit patchy, they have cable on 40" TV, a/c was a bit finicky at times. The location was the best. You're in central Tacloban right where the "pasalubongs" are.

Amazing to find a hotelmlike this for the price. Big rooms....hot hot water....elevator....free breakfast...center of all activity....close to air port....closeti bus depot...walking distances (5 min) to malls ....restaurants, to numerous to mention....staff professional, n dress like it.

The location is a downtown hotel a block away from a Jolibees McDonalds and the main Robinson mall downtown ( called something else.... save) Staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive and efficient Breakfast is very good in a conference room or next door in a fast food restaurant if that room is booked as a conference room Very good staff , friendly and clean rooms well A number of the reviews were misinformed - there is hot water in the shower yet sometimes early morning its not on yet There is more than one plug One in the bathroom as mentioned in a review One in room for tv Bring an extension cord and your issues are less Next the internet in the hotel other than the lobby is non-existent or unreliable Close your door to the hallway on the floor and for sure its slow and unreliable If reliable internet is an issue for you get one of the small boxes they sell on the street on in the mall 2000 pesos for the box You get 10 gig data for the first month and just buy cell data time

Customer service is good. The room is nice. But the door on the cr can't be locked. And once you're able to lock it, it cannot be unlocked. Haha. Needed to call their facilities to let my bestfriend out of the cr because she locked herself unintentionsally inside.

Hotel is quite old, it is one jeep away from the airport. Strong wifi connection, accomodating staff and near the banks, pasalubong area and our fave resto, Ocho. Basic breakfast — you can choose from bacon, ham, pancakes, bangus, corned beef, longganisa and tocino. Affordable and great stay!

Very nice room, shower was great. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Restaurants all over and banks and general shopping. No malls but no big deal to us. Air conditioning worked great. Bed was comfortable. No complaints. Would stay again.

Fine for a budget hotel”
This place was better than I thought it would be and the best hotel in this class that we stayed at in Tacloban. Better than the Tacloban Plaza and Red Doorz but not as nice as the XYZ. The place was decent for the price. If XYZ is out of your budget, I recommend to stay here but visit XYZ hotel just a few doors down to avail of their spa and restaurant.
