The worst dorm room”
I don't know how the private rooms are, but the dorm room is horrible. I spent 3 nights and I was on the top bunk bed and there isn't light neither wall socket. The handle door was broken, so it was difficult to open/clase The WiFi didn't work. Bathrooms are outside (so, if it is rainning, you will wet) and very dirty. If u want a towel, you have to pay. And it was so difficult to find someone in the reception. Abd if u find it, only in the morning, later.... ¡good luck!! However, I have to say the staff (when you find them) are very nice Hoteles,

-rough road getting to the place, hope the owner finds a way to develop the area more -no staff on stand by for guests' needs , doesnt answer quickly tp phone calls -aircon leeks in the 2 rooms Ive tried -brying your own toiletries -I wish the bed is more comfortable -hopefully owners consider replacing curtains with blinds , dor privacy purposes -no fb page to contact for inquiries -hopefully in the future they can offer meals so guests don't have to brave the strong rain and flood as it was raining for most of the days we were at the area

unfortunately we got a different room than the room you publish on agoda: The electric boiler doesn’t work so there isn’t hot water in the shower, without coffee and electric kettle, in addition a wall in the room was with fresh paint that caused bad smell for the whole stay. we connected with your lovely worker and she told us that someone will come to fix it only on 24 December and she cant do nothing with the rest complaints, unfortunately in the end the guy that was supposed to come fix the electric boiler didn’t arrive and when we asked the worker why, she told us that he’s drunk. In our opinion, you should check all the facilities of the room before we came and make sure everything works. All the problems that were in the hostel ruined our experience on the island. We were only concerned with dealing with problems instead of enjoying the beaches and the experiences the island offers.

Solo trip was worth it! ”
I was placed in a mixed dorm, so there were at most 12 of us if the room will be filled. Location: the place is near Kermit and other restaurants. Going in and out of the place, expect the road to be bumpy. Place: there's a dining area where you can cook and chill, especially with the puppies. There's a water dispenser and ref, utensils and other cooking tools. The public toilet and shower rooms are separated. Bring your own toiletries. Room: the place is well-kept. I just think they should change the printed posts of the house rules, since the texts are already fading even in the shower rooms. Locals: You will meet Maymay, Jade, Peter and other locals there. They're nice to talk to, and you can ask them for recommendations, as well. Rentals: there are motorbike and surfboard rentals there. Community Dinner: Peter organized this, where everyone decided to prepare a dish from where they came from. That was one of my highlights in Lukay! I'd highly recommend this place! :)

Tout notre cash a disparu dans notre bungalow et le personnel ne trouve pas d’autre chose à dire que c’est déjà arrivé à d’autres hôtes, avec cette perte d’environ 600 euros le séjour est plutôt cher. De plus, il n’y a pas de personnel permanent à accueil, une flaque d’eau de la taille d’une piscine se forme à l’entrée et rien est fait pour améliorer la situation, les moustiques sont présents dans les chambres et la propreté laisse à désirer, dernier le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Si vous avez un autre choix évitez cet établissement.

בואו.. זה הוסטל, אבל הוסטל נחמד עם אנשים צעירים ומגניב”
אומנם במחיר הזה קשה לצפות למלון או ריזורט מטורף, אבל כהוסטל הוא נותן תמורה טובה. היינו זוג ולקחנו את החדר הזוגי עם המזגן- רצוי מאוד. החדרים האחרים היו נראים קצת יותר מתאימים לחבר'ה אחרי צבא? הבעייה העיקרית זה מלא יתושים באיזור שנלחמתי כל הלילה עם יתוש מניאק שישב לי על האוזן ולא הצלחתי למצוא אותו ולהרוג אותו והרס לי את השינה. חוץ מזה לוקיישן מטורף וצוות נחמד.
