Very pleased to say our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing The well thought out gardens and dining areas made the stay brilliant, coupled with very attentive and helpful staff I would go as far as to say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time

Excellent but could be better”
I love the place especially at night time. It is very quaint. I imagine the parking area wont be enough if all the rooms are booked. The rooms were clean though i wish the bathroom were cleaner-looking. There were white stains on the bathroom floor that might need professional cleaning or replacing.

The place is okay. The staff are very courteous. The room and toilet are clean except that the toilet bowl has no toilet seat. I hope management can do something about it. Breakfast is “pwede na”. I suggest management use a better corned beef brand.

Quirky and unusual decor ...5 minutes ride to SM ”
The checkin was strictly at the 2 pm time listed . My room was large and comfortable No tea /coffee facilities makes is sub par for me though other features made up for it The beds were comfortable and the air ,though a window type ,was satisfactory The bathroom was a weird design with the vanity actually in the shower The hotel is very Eclectic from the amazing Elephant ornaments in the lobby to the quirky features at each turn . Breakfast was a satisfactory choice - mostly inspired The hotel is off the main road and about 5 minutes by trike to SM

5 stars for the staff. They were all accomodating and helpful. Location was accessible. The place was 10-15mins walk from the highway. Place was clean and the ambiance is relaxing. The things that needs to be improved are the bathroom, the shower knob in my room was damaged and not working. The room's lock and door knob is not working properly. Would be great if they could use a more secure lock. Given the damages and the location, I think the place is quite pricey.

I get that the bathroom is small...”
One can look beyond the thin hard bed, small TV and persistent smoke odor, but having the sink inside the shower is just weird. The saving grace is of course its wait staff. Kudos to the Cooks and Servers. Excellent snappy service.

Basic but OK”
The hotel decor is more interesting than your average business hotel. The rooms are basic but quiet. My colleagues shower did not have hot water. The rooms are pretty cheap and include breakfast. Overall it is OK for the price.

Not worth the money”
I can't believe the hotel didn't have enough blankets for all the people in my group. Breakfast was very limited, I stayed there for 8 nights and we tried to order Spam with rice from the first day till the last day, all we heard was "we are out of Spam" Please learn how to manage your stock inventory, spam isn't hard to find. If you dont want it on the menu, then please take it out.

In fairness the room is huge but the interior, facilities, bedsheets, and curtains looked shabby. The tv is very small in a big space. It's not proportional to its spacious wall background. Plus, under the bed where all the dirt is... 😂 go check for yourself!

Quiet area”
Services are limited. No dinning options except for breakfast, no changing of sheets because there are no staff to do it for instance. I love the antique furniture though. I think for what was provided, the accomodations could be cheaper.

Need to install hook for the towel n a mirror at the wash basin in the bathroom, need to provide an iron & board for ironing and need to provide an hair dryer.
