概ね充分に満足”

値段がとても安かったため設備やサービス等あまり期待していませんでしたが、レンジや冷蔵庫、IHキッチン、コップやお皿などの食器、電気ケトル、その他もろもろ済むのに充分な設備が揃っており、ほとんど何も持っていなくても泊まれるいいお部屋でした。 ただ、エアコンをパワフルでずっとつけていてもなかなかお部屋が温まらず夜中寝ている間ずっとつけてやっと床が少し暖かいくらいになるくらいでした。ベッドの真上に付いているため風向きを下にして暖房にすれば暖かい環境で眠ることができたのでそこまで不満はない(むしろ起きた時少し暑い)ですが、帰宅してすぐ暖房をつけても数時間では床は温まらずずっと冷たいままでした。 また、お支払いに関してご連絡させていただいた時にアゴダと連携が取れていないのか｢アゴダに聞いてください｣｢宿泊施設に聞いてください｣とたらい回しにされたのでその部分に関しては評価を下げさせていただきました。(最終的にアゴダの方で対応していただきました。) お値段とお部屋の環境と総合的に評価するととても良くまた近くに用事があれば泊まりたいと思えるお部屋でした。

初めて利用させていただきました システムがよくわからなかったのですが専用連絡先に問い合わせしたところ心地よく応対して頂きました　室内もレンジ大き目の冷蔵庫があり（歯磨き系を持参すれば事足ります）これは嬉しい発見でした 今度彼女と「仮想二人暮らし」が出来そうです

ホテルではないので、女性1人で怖い目に遭わないかなと心配だったのですが、 チェックインからチェックアウトまで誰にも会うことなく快適に過ごせました。 あまり人がいなかったせいか足元がとても寒かったのでエアコンを強めにしてました。 自販機が1階にあります。

寝るだけ、ゴロゴロするだけなら十分✌️”

システムをよく知らないまま宿泊しました。 フロントも無く、メール添付の案内通りに入って始めは戸惑いました。 ただ部屋は綺麗で、電化製品(電子レンジにIHまで)も豊富！部屋着と歯ブラシは無いので持参をオススメします😉 立地も駅から5分程度、新京成で移動しやすいのでお近くに用事がある場合は特にオススメです✌️

2回目の宿泊”

今回は外国人の宿泊者が多く、廊下で大声で話していた。 もともと日本人より外国人をターゲットにしていると思われる。 スリッパが気持ち悪くて、色々考えすぎて眠れなくなった。 軽い潔癖の人は多少高くてもビジネスホテルにした方がいいかも。

普通のビジネスホテルの掃除サービスは無いが、それ以外はとても良い。値段も安い。ただ事前に部屋の鍵番号を知っとかないと、建物に入れないため、予約したら部屋番号を聞いといたほうがいい。

スーパー近くて便利”

この値段であれば満足です。 コインランドリーも200円なので良心的。 タオルは2枚用意されていましたが、ある程度の泊数であれば交換してくれるのか疑問。セルフチェックインなので問い合わせも面倒に思い、今回は4泊だったので使い回しましたが。

歯ブラシ髭剃り等何にも付いてません。駐車場HOTELの前空いてるが使えないみたい。少し歩きます。コンビニ等近くにあります。駅が近いので電車使う人には良いかなと思いました。

ゆっくりできました”

施設の表に書いてあるような金額（2980円〜）ではなく値上げ後に宿泊しましたが、 設備はほぼ揃っているし、家感覚で良かったです。欲をいえば、歯ブラシと部屋の中用のスリッパが欲しかったです。 あと布団のシミとトイレ・浴槽のひび割れが気になりましたが。 外人向けなので、説明とかわかりにくいところもありましたが、それは勉強不足なので仕方ないですかね。 でも静かでゆっくり出来ましたよ。 また機会がありましたら、利用させていただきます。
