This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The room was dirty and door knob was broken, there was no cloth hook on the wall and the insulation was awful. Strongly Unrecommended!

Legitimately the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.”
Arrived at 2am on the third night of a three night booking. I go go reception to get my room and they had no knowledge of me. Gave them my booking number as the person manning the desk told me my booking was only for two nights. I showed him my booking details, the website, the email invoice, everything and his answer was "it doesn't matter what your stuff says, here it says two days." After about ten minutes of getting nowhere he finally gives me a key to my room. It's tiny, single bed, filthy, mold on the window frame, stains on the walls, dust and dirt on the floor. I had to look under the bed and it has definitely never been cleaned a single time. I couldn't even find the light switch at first. It was completely hidden by a piece of artwork over the switch that I had to lift up to find it. The TV didn't work at all, the aerial had long been torn apart. The bedside drawer had a screwdriver and a book about the loss of the titanic, which had rubbish stuffed inside. The hallway was just as bad. The stairs were covered with bits of the stairway that had fallen off and were just left there in their unattached state. A glass cabinet had a broken window pane that had not been replaced. The shared toilet and shower had no lock on the door at all, it has been removed, so there was no way to actually use the facilities with any privacy. Terrible location and the cost was exorbitant for the quality of the facilities. A terrible loathsome experience, started with a staff member seemingly trying to get additional money out of me fraudulently and somehow going downhill from there. A bench would be better.

we got into the reception and it was smelling of damp. the stairs to the room the plasterboard on the roof was falling of . we arrived at 2 o'clock and the room wasn't ready. the reception said it will be another 30 minutes so we actually tried to cancel it . he said we would get a full refund but we can't contact any one on the website so won't going back there

Trous sur la Fenêtre de la chambre ! Présence de déchets dans la gouttière visible quand on ouvre la fenêtre. Dans certaines salles de bain (Toilette et douche dans la même pièce) on ne peut même pas s'enfermer pour garder son intimité. Présence de déchets et detritus aux abords et à l'intérieur de l'hôtel... C'est inadmissible ! Le personnel se moque de nos remarques ! Rien n'est fait pour améliorer le séjour. Des travaux de rénovation devraient être réalisés !
