Good location, price is great, the fitness center was the highlight. It cost 10000 won for the fitness center with sauna but it is worth it. The breakfast was also 10000won and a great deal.

The hotel was superb breakfast is great the only setback is the daily morning call to for room make up 😔 sometimes we wished to sleep a little bit late and its disturbed our snooze so i hope they improved in that

Location of hotel is near the Jeju Bus Terminal, and nearby bus stops allow you to travel conveniently to several attractions like Seongsan Ichulbong and Mt. Hallasan. They have facilities like the gym and pool, but they were chargeable at half price for hotel guests. CU (convenience store) was conveniently located just below the hotel. Overall a great stay!

I went here with a group to celebrate a birthday. The location was great. Parking around the back. Room was clean, comfortable, updated. Great chicken spot just a few buildings down. They were helpful with taxis.

Good location, big room”
Location is near the bus terminal and there are buses to many areas including Mt Halla. Room is big and comfortable but there were stains on the carpet. Wanted to book a taxi one day in advance but to the holiday season but was told by the staff there is no need to and they can help to call one the next morning. Unfortunately, they claimed the taxi line was busy and asked us to hail one along the street ourselves. This is rather disappointing and frustrating as we were heading to the airport for a flight out.

The beds are comfortable. Shower pressure is good. A/C works well. Located near a big bus station which is good if you didn't rent a car. I highly recommend that you rent a car if you speak Korean as transportation is very inefficient. The staff was nice and helpful but they didn't speak English well so everything took a long time. Overall good experience.

Great location for eastern tour”
Location was great for people whom want to do the eastern tour and visit the city market or take public transport from jeju bus terminal Hotel staff was very helpful - they helped us print our travel voucher in their back office. Food : There is a fried chicken store round the corner (coconcock) , their BBQ chicken is fantastic. Hotel international breakfast can be better.

Close to Inter-city Bus Terminal, good for visitors who consider bus as major travel means. Nearby can find bakery cafe, convenience shops & restaurants. But need take taxi to major shopping areas or more popular restaurants. Rooms are clean & spacious. Area to improve: (1)no door at shower area, so water may spill out (2)sofa seats easy get out of position. Apart from these, everything is more than satisfactory.

The check in was fancy but the room is really small and just OK. No beds. and the room is just enough to put all the beddings, withno extra room at all. There is NO free SPA and the breakfast is too expensive for its value. Location is good, not far from to bus terminal. Overall it is just OK.

House Keeping Need to Improve”
The room is big but the housekeeping didn't vacuum the carpet properly. Thru out our 5days stay we could see the small trash here and there even after the room was cleaned. Queen size bed is rather small, luckily there is one extra single bed. Didn't get much help from staffs due to language barrier, we just followed the app to take various buses.

Considering the price and its location, this hotel is really good value for money. Room is clean and spacious. The only disadvantage is that frontline staff can’t really speak fluent English. But I think this is the overall problem in every Jeju hotel.
