Excellent service”
We were a group of 10. The overall stay was incredibly pleasant, thanks to the staff. They have been polite, helpful and always with a smile in their faces. The swimming pool is pleasant enough, but when the beach is right in front, we spent more time there than the pool. The breakfast was always so filling, and there's a variety every day. We did not try the gym or the spa. The outside sitting is beachfront, so its nice to spend the mornings and the evenings there. The only downside is the shower and toilet. When taking a shower, the water flows to the toilet flooring as well, causing a small flood. It's safe to say, we wastes a lot of towels keeping the floor dry. But we did ask for that to be clean everyday. Overall, worth the stay. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff has been nothing short of exceptional.

BEST HOTEL EVER”
We stayed here for 2 nights since we booked another hotel. We regretted not staying here in Astoria for our 5 day stay in Boracay. Not only their staff are friendly, their facilities are also well maintained. PLUS THE HOTEL IS BEACHFRONT, you get to enjoy breakfast with a view. Rooms are at the back but no complain at all. THE ROOMS ARE EXCEPTIONAL. They’re complete with basic necessity no need to bring shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion! They have it ready. Towels are clean and they have cable too! We’ll stay here if we visit Boracay again!! Definitely a must stay hotel! Their breakfast buffet is a delight.

Second stay at Astoria Current BORACAY”
I've stayed twice at Astoria Current in Boracay. Both stays w my 3 yr old and 5 yr old grandsons. Both stays were very enjoyable...Friendly, attentive and accommodating staff from the F&B, lifeguards at the pool, frontdesk personnel. Rooms were very clean upon check in, and after we requested tidying up. The grandkids especially enjoyed our poolside room. Buffet breakfasts were great, as well as other ala carte meals, although waiting time was a bit longer for ala carte. The kids especially enjoyed the ice cream machine at the snack bar. There is a nice gym and spa, which I availed of on my first visit last December. The hotel is nicely situated at Station 3 right along the beautiful, powdery white sand beach, which Boracay is known for. Wifi is reasonably good, as my daughter and I had to do some online work-related meetings. For first timers to Boracay, transfers fr Caticlan Airport, the Ferry Terminal, etc are available, although a bit pricy at over PhP1000 per person one-way. There are cheaper assisted commutes for about half that price, which I would recommend for first timers, seniors and/or families w small kids. Would definitely book there again, although would also consider the other Astoria at Station 1 as an alternative:)

BEST FAMILY VACATION”
From our booking with Ms. Carla to our check-in and other requests with Ms. Sheena at the front desk and other staff, everything was smooth and perfect. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast buffet was always a delight for our kids 8 and 5yrs old. my eldest has special needs and enjoyed everything. Sir Rene at the restaurant always went above and beyond. Sir Nick and his fellow lifeguard saved our daughter who almost drowned. That's my only concern, the kiddie pool runs straight into the adult infinity pool. I was walking behind my youngest when she decided to run and didn't realize that after the shallow part of the pool, it's suddenly deep with no steps or anything. I hope they fix this because even if I was right behind my daughter I couldn't save her right away. Aside from that, we had an excellent stay and highly recommended for families to stay here. I hope they can have a heated pool for night swimming, that would be a great addition for the rainy season too. Thanks so much for the good vacation and fantastic memories.

Why the best hotel in Boracay? Let me count the whys..... 1. Staff are friendly, very respectful, all wear a smile on their faces, very attentive, very accomodating, patient and you will feel that they love their job in Astoria Current😊 2. Facilities are fantastic! Pool with both fresh water and salt water! What else could you asked for? 3. Breakfast Buffet is amazing! You MUST not miss their authentic hot choco! Same as my Mom's hot choco so I feel like I am drinking the best hot choco in the world! Love it! 4. Free dryer for your swimwear! So no problem where you should hang your wet clothes! 5. Rooms are all pretty! Very homey! Furnishings are high-end for a very affordable price! 6. Wifi is fast! I can work at the same time relax... 7. AC is cold...very comfortable! Highly Recommended! Especially for kids! ”
Stayed in Astoria Current for 3 nights on our first trip in Boracay with our 1 year old boy. We are so grateful with Astoria for a great accomodation they have provided us. All the staffs are really welcoming and would assist on your concerns. Due to budget constraints I just booked a standard room but when we arrived to my surprise we got upgraded to a pool access superior room which we really really enjoyed. The kiddie pool is just in front of our room. Buffet breakfast have enough variation depending on your diet. We also opted to try their dinner buffet and its definitely worth it with the quality of food they serve. Thank you very much Astoria. We are definitely coming back soon. :)

I asked for a large bed but was provided with 2 double beds but it was a great change though. The room was very clean and complete with toiletries. Funny how the slippers were the correct sizes for us. Enjoyed our stay specially because the staffs were great and approachable.

Second Time and It’s Still Great ”
Second time at Astoria Current, this time with my partner. The resort is thankfully the same as it was during my first time with my mom and sisters back in 2019. I was thinking maybe they scaled down their operations and cut back on some facilities and services post-pandemic, but thankfully, things seem back to normal. The breakfast buffet is still great, and their lunch and dinner buffets offer a good selection as well. Our pool view room on the second floor was very nice, although I must say we found it a little noisy in the afternoons when we took naps after lunch (we’re not big on off-resort activities) from the kids and even adults in the pool. If afternoon naps are your thing but still want a pool view,, better request for a room on the third or fourth floor. Otherwise, service is still very efficient, attentive and top-notch, from the guys in the airport transfers, to the people at front desk, the servers at Citrine lounge and Parasol Cafe, the housekeeping and security staff. Hope to be back soon!

My Astoria Current experience reminded me of HOME away from HOME. The entire staff from front office down to F &B Floor are the most wonderful people I have encountered. You guys are amazing!!! You can really tell Astoria company is treating them splendidly well. I will come back and stay at Astoria Current as I would like to have another round of splendid experience here. Fast Check in, explicitly clean room and surroundings, warm staff, hotel is beautifully constructed and well designed. I personally love the breakfast buffet. Food and service are top notch. Cant recommend enough. Please see photos for details!!! PS: Please do coordinate with front office to arrange roundtrip transfer from airport to hotel. The transfer was seamless and fast!

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Boracay”
It is located at the beachfront. Our room was clean. The room had a fridge, microwave, TV, hair dryer, safety vault, several hangers, and slippers. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It had a bath tub, hot and and cold shower, complete hygiene and dental kit, and towels. The only thing it lacked was a bidet. It was very refreshing to swim in the pool. There were plenty of lounge chairs. You could borrow a mat if you want to hang out by the beach. The staff were accommodating and attentive to our needs. Food was delicious, except for the coffee. We had a great time in Boracay, thanks to Astoria Current. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The pools were exceptional. The team was so friendly and made me feel at home. Kevin and Rea provided such a warm welcome for my daily trips to the bar right by the pool. The location at station 3 was perfect. Right on the beach where the beach is mellow, but a short walk from the busy area. I spent a lot of time on the comfy private deck that overlooked the pool.

I had the best time at Astoria - starting from airport transfer, room accommodation, staffs, food options, pool and beach front! The hotel offers best value for money and very family friendly. Had a great time hanging out in the hotel pool and restaurant. Security was fine and its quiet 10PM onwards. Great service from housekeeping staffs and in-room dining was on time and very hao chi! Booked 3 rooms for 3 days and 2 nights for our family and relatives. It was an awesome experience. Place is nice and staff were accommodating and helpful. If would be better though if they can improve their line of communication among themselves to ensure that the guest requests are well noted in their records. To be specific, we found out that our massage schedule was not booked in their spa. Also, the transfers. They were able to fix it anyway. I'd recommend that you personally double check at the lobby and in their spa if you have those kinds of requests to ensure that those were well noted. Overall the stay was enjoyable.
