I chose it as my quarantine hotel, the price is good because I’m on a tight budget. I like the food options, I miss SILOG food. You can always ask help from the staff, it will be good if there will be socket to plug my chargers but it’s okay. I used the smart tv’s usb to charge my phone. Bring your own toiletries, I liked my stay here. Thank you so much.

Hello hotel was so good clean with big big area with nice hot water shower , just small problem I aske 2-3 time for hot water for coffee they say okay but never bring it, anyway it is kindly staff and lovely hotel I like ASTROTEL hotel with promo room because we stay 10 hours in promo room until our flight but in promo room was some beetel

Very good Hotel, staff are very accommodating and friendly. Cleanliness is good and the VIP room is big enough. The food is fair but with limited choices. The room is not sound proof, could hear noises from the outside and also could hear the TV and some conversation inside the room from the outside. AC and hot water shower is very good. Over-all stay is very good. Highly recommended for my friends here abroad. I would book an accommodation from this hotel again, because the price is unbeatable...

No Window. You feel like you are in a nowhere dark cave”
Smelly filthy moldy room. They need to upgrade the facility. Very dark No window. As if i could breath. Toilet is clogged. How can you defecate? Creepy The positive is the staffs are very sensitive to your needs. They are very responsive. Thorough Cleaning is advised. Beddings are dirty. Not for a long stay please. The. Aircon is not so cold I recommend the owner of it to pls upgrade the facilities. Put window ventilation pls

Not a good place to stay for travellers. Bad customer service. We reserve a vip room to stay for 1 night but when we checked in there were no available vip rooms . How come that we reserved a vip room but they are not aware. They put us in a premium room until 1 customer checked out. Its sad that this happened. Not recommended

dirty & lots of cocroach inside”
staff are nice but the room & restroom are dirty and lot of cocroaches, only 1 socket behind the tv, poor tv receptions, channel available are uninteresting. its disgusting to bring food inside where cocroaches are around.

I am very dissapointment. I cannot sleep due to noisy and hot a/c so I leave in the hotel at 6am.”
In addition, there is no wall outlet you cannot charge your mobile, laptop, ect., you can remove the plug the tv from the wall if u can charge your mobile. The bedsheet is white but if u can see the color is dirty whites and some species is there my GOSH its terrible. so i decided to leave at 6am even though my check out is 12pm. This is my honest review.

I'm wasted my money staying here, as I'm not allowed to accept visitors any longer than 15 mins, this is my 1st time to encounter like this,. Small room and totally different on the photos I booked in! Plus it's non refundable so I have no choice to stay for a week.. Sad

QUARANTINE”
They shouldn’t be accredited to be a quarantine facility. Hotel is old & trash. If its short time you want then this hotel should do it. But for longer stays? Never mind. They’ve got problems everywhere, plumbing, leaking, no dial tone, tv remote doesn’t work & etc. I changed rooms for 3 times. Even the last room got a problem.
