In order to uplift its reputation, there should be a high standard of cleanliness. Other areas of improvement are the ff. -tv channel is very limited not as promised of ctv. -needs to be clean in all corners to avoid so much cocroaches. -upgrade some designs esp the foams -some lights are not functioning making it so dim. - they do not provide a chair, so its very difficult to work online or review -they do not provide electric kettle necessary to hot water for coffee/ noodles -glass mirrors are not clean. Pls use paper or wet news paper to clean them. -drinking water is limited -no utensils provided so bring yout own glasses and utensils Positive sides - cool aircon. -hot supply of water in the bathroom -water is sufficient in the bathroom -staffs are friendly and responsive but not all of them - location is great. Market, mall, ferry station in pasig river Being a cheap hotel should not always cheap facility. You should always provide the best no matter how cheap the rent is. Customer service. Overall is nice. Worthy for just a very limited stay.

This hotel is one of a chain. Its in the busy commuter hub of Guadelupe with a few karaoke parlours around. They generate some noise until about 4am. I was on the 3rd floor, so they didn't bother me too much. I sleep fairly well. The lobby is busy a lot of the time so be prepared to wait a bit. The wardrobe doesn't have any hangers (like almost all hotels. Why have wardrobes at all? ) The nightstaff have a *very* annoying habit of telephoning at 2am to tell you have 15 minutes to vacate because your booking is due to expire. They did this twice to me - I hung up on them and disconnected the handset. The internet is patchy and has a very confusing landing page. Beware - it doesn't tell you when it disconnects. Overall, its ok with some annoyances.

STAFFS ARE NOT GOOD”
frontdesk made us wait just for the room to get cleaned for more than 30mins. and when we are already at the door of the room it was still dirty.called them and gave new room located on a lower floor. when we are in the new room aircon is not working. it took us more than an hour just to get to our room to rest. its so unprofessional. and staffs dont know how to give good customer service. satisfied with the room though but im giving 1star for thei staff.

They do not provide an electric kettle for heating water for coffee - no chair for you to work -limited drinking water -room is filthy. They need to maintain and to clean. They need to use vaccum cleaner. - too fancy. Its like a themed room for children -not soundproof room. Tv is very limited Goodness are... Location Convenience to stores Staffs are responsive but not all of them Windows can be opened to allow air to get through. Just stay in room. 504. Nice view

Disgusting and Disappointed!!!!”
I booked for a VIP room and when I came to the location, the staff let me waited for 20 to 30 minutes before my room was cleaned. Keys - old and rusty, also they only have 1 copy I think of the key and key card because you need to surrender your key EVERY TIME you go outside Door - old and jammed!! My gosh I had to go back to the ground level (from my room which is 4th flr) just to ask assistance for their door is very difficult to open and whenever I locked it, it started to make weird noises as if someone tried to open it from outside Room - DIRTY AND INCOMPLETE! No microwave, kettle, chairs, remote for TV , wifi and no light at the top of the table. I also see left hairs from the bed and floors. Yuck! CR - It wasn’t clean!!! I still smell the bad odor from the previous guest Staff - they aren’t friendly at all, and you can hear their radios in the middle of the night as some of them roam The hotel is located in the busy area of Guadalupe so you should brace yourself with the loud music and people outside. Over all, this is not worth a try, tho they are themed hotel but the purpose of staying and have convenience isn’t there. I’ll never return to this place again, never.

Not the best hotel for solo travelers ”
Not the best hotel for solo travelers. A lot of amenities are lacking. No chair or table if you want to have meals inside the room. They have a closet but no hangers,if not they could have at least have some clothes hooks on the walls. It takes a lot of effort to get in the bed because of the stairs. Lastly the doors looked jammed, and I almost got locked out because they use a regular key.
