            The bed was huge and the most comfortable mattress I have slept on outside of my own home. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in this kind of accommodation. Free coffee 24/7 and the front desk gal offered to make me some huevos revueltos. Such hospitality! Anna, who checked me in, was genuinely kind and interested in making my stay enjoyable. The front desk manager was especially attentive, I forget her name but not her gorgeous smile. Long dark hair, Kudos to all. i will definitely recommend to all my friends who love the boutique hotel experience. The tranquil setting was enhanced by beautiful soothing music and the sound of water. A wonderful respite during the heat wave. I didn't want to leave...
            The coffee machine in the lobby was really loud. That is the only flaw in an otherwise perfect experience. A small refrigerator in the room and a way to make hot water in the room would be nice.

            It is a beautiful hotel, very good location at Jerez historic center. The fact that they gave us compensation for not having our room ready when we arrived.
            Our room (number 3) had a strange layout. A living room/ bathroom (yes, two in one) and a small bedroom. The bedroom faces the street, which is very noisy when cars pass by (cobblestone narrow street). Half the lights in our room did not work. Uncomfortable bed. The room was right in front of the stairs going up to the other floors and rooftop so you could hear everything. It is not a cheap hotel so I wouldn't have expected any of that

            Great service and location. The main entrance and common area is fantastic, complementary coffee,tea, water. Jason was very helpful, quick to respond and friendly via app. Very close to the city centre and authentic building.
            The rooms were very clean and have great airconditioning. They could be modernized a bit though especially the bathroom.

            We stayed at this hotel during our travel around various parts of Andalusia. The hotel was in a good location. I really liked the reception area. The manager, I think named 'Jaso', was really friendly and accommodating. He arranged overnight car-parking for us for 10 Euros. I thought the room was fine but my wife and others we travelled with thought the rooms were a bit basic. That said, they were adequate for what we needed. We also liked the way that the pool area is set out.
            Rooms were a little basic and maybe not quite what you expect from a 'boutique' hotel. That said, don't let it put you off as

            This was a comfortable small hotel located close to the town. The staff were very helpful and provided us with extra pillows etc.
            Our only problem was that everywhere we had to walk was on cobble stones. That was not the fault of the hotel.

            The entrance and rooftop were very pretty.
            For a 'boutique hotel' the room had the bare minimum and lacked nice, luxe touches. There was no table or comfortable chair in the room, and a minimum of decoration (fake plants). The bathroom walls had a lot of holes and the shower door was leaking on the floor. The room was not sound proof at all and we heard a lot of noise from the hallway at night. Overall, it wasn't worth the price and the room was not boutique at all. Unfortunately, we had a coackroach in the room because the cleaners left the window open and when telling this at the checkout, we didn't even get recognition or a 'I am sorry for the inconvenience' for this. Although the Booking website said the pool was open, it wasn't.

            It is a beautiful house located right in the center of the Old Town and yet tucked away in a quiet cobblestone alley so you’ll not be bothered by the tourist traffic. Gorgeous interior design that reminds me of a rustic and chic beach house. It also comes with a rooftop bar and a lounge area with a pool. Healthy and delicious breakfast available and optional. All staff are extremely friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. They also provided excellent “wine and dine”recommendations - all hits and no miss. Highly recommended if you ever visit Jerez. Actually, it’ll be the primary reason if I ever decide to re-visit Jerez.
