Exceptional”

Great location and it was so clean! No bugs! I smelled bleach as soon as I walked in the room. Not too powerful but just enough to know it was clean and disinfect. The employees at the front desk were so kind and professional. I stayed at many hotels in Puerto Rico and this one stands out. Extremely reasonable. La Placita is only 4 minutes away. I used a parking lot around the corner and was able to park overnight. Great job Windchimes Boutique Hotel! I’ll be back and I’ll always recommend my friends and family here .

Comfortable, clean older hotel”

My second stay here. Good value for the money, walking distance to Condado (20 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet, pool is small but adequate. There is good free coffee in the morning but the Boat Bar was closed so no food or alcohol avail on site. Plenty of places to get a bite to eat on nearby Loiza Street, local eateries as well as 4 big chain fast food places. The room was small, bed comfortable and the AC was strong. TV was fine, gets plenty of English programming. My flight got in very late, after midnight, so it was nice to find a hotel with a 24 hour front desk. All.the staff were friendly. No complaints!

Let down by front desk”

Asked for a taxi at 3:45am for a 6:00am flight and was assured by the evening manager on two separate occasions that she would make sure the night manager ordered the taxi. I was also told there was a 24/7 front desk presence. Arrived at the front desk at 3:30 am and found no one there only a sign saying back at 4:00. Neither my taxi nor the manager showed up. At 4:10 am I flagged down a passing police car who kindly called for a taxi. Made the flight but not by much!

We stayed for 1 night and it was fine, small rooms but the place has character, everything a little old but not bad at all, the a/c made alot of noise but wasn't really a issue, the bar was cool but was right next to our room although noise wasn't an issue (apart from a/c), couldn't get the television to receive a good enough picture to watch which was a bit annoying, its a pricey area and for what it costs you would expect more but i don't dislike the place and it was one of the cheaper options. Staff were super helpful and all in all I give it 3 stars

Its a nice Boutique hotel very close to Beach”

The stay was comfortable, we rented a car for 3 days in our 8 night stay, we need to reserve the car parking in advance, so parking was an issue, and the hotel did not guide us very well on where we could park, struggled for 2 nights, everything else was ok, the staff was pretty good, helpful, its a neat place, will go there once again, its nothing fancy, but very close walkable to Condado area.
