The staffs very nice and helpful; the restaurant prepare the Japanese dinner and breakfast very well, the resort just near the sea and located at the hill, the view from the hotel is really great! The wine bar provide various choice of wine including spirit and grapes wine, I can relax and have a drink in the wine bar.

もう少しで2歳になる娘との旅行。娘用の作務や、パンダの袋に入ってあるアメニティセット、草履やスリッパが準備してあり、驚きました。 また、食事は全て個室にしてくださり、食事に飽きた娘にオモチャを持って来て下さるなど、本当にきめ細かな対応でした。 もちろん、食事やお風呂などは満足です。また、是非是非、行きたいと思います。

お迎えの車からとてもいい雰囲気でした。 お迎えの方が皆バトラーで、お食事も良かったです。 残念なのが、露天風呂でした。 露天風呂付き客室だったので、楽しみにしていたのですが、周りが木の柵で囲われていたのです。 テラスもあり、お風呂も良かったのですが周りが見えないのが残念でした。

露天風呂の気持ち良さ、料理のクオリティ、部屋デザインのクオリティ、スタッフのクオリティ、全体を統合した心地よさ、マインドバランスの良さ。お土産を頼んだところ、入っていないミスがあったが、スタッフのリカバリーが良く丁寧だった。
