Comfortable and relaxed trip”
Very good hotel. Luxury lobby. beside the seaside. I have chosen the capsule room for single traveler. It’s quiet and the bed is comfortable. The room is big enough and provided everything. The public bath is good recommend. Indoor and outdoor onsen. Luckily, When I was in the onsen there was no people. Almost private time. I think I’ll choose this hotel next time to Atami.

Exceptional”
Lived in semi private economy cabin for women. Please noted that the ‘door’ of the room is only a curtain. There is no lock for the room. However, the hotel provides lockers for valuables. There’s a makeup room which provides hair dryers, hair tools, and cream for cleansing and moisture skin, impressive! Location of the hotel is fair. It is near the beach and takes around 10 mins walk from the Atami station. Convenient store is nearby with just 1-2 mins walk. Enjoyed the firework event which was held on the beach just near the hotel. All in all, the hotel is very clean and tidy, but slightly expensive for single tourist.

Very nice hotel with excellent view ”
My family loves the hotel as it is very spacious and we love the seaview. However, it will be more advisable to travel light to this location if you intend to walk to the hotel from Atami station. Reason being is you need to walk through a very steep slope before you reach the hotel.

I took my aging mom on vacation. Great ocean view room. The bed is essentially a mattress on a riser. I scooted the mattress to the edge and my mother (bad knees) was able to get in and out of bed without help. The height was less than a standard bed. The room did have a couch that could be converted to a third bed and that would have been higher up should she have needed it. The onsen was nice. I enjoyed the standing bath that was outside. You get a nice view of the ocean but beware that you might be doing the full monty for people walking the park if they happened to look at you straight from 30 meters away while you stood up, LOL. The restaurant was disappointing in that the only option was buffet style for dinner and breakfast. We went to a local sushi place and had a fantastic meal there. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of options for Japanese and western food. The dried fish were fantastic and we ate a lot of it. This is not Tokyo so the staff's English may be limited.

About a 10-min walk from the station, but it's all uphill going back to the station. The hotel is right on the beach ... great if you want to swim! Rooms are spacious and clean. Had a relaxing 2 nights!

Very nice room, roomy by Japanese standards, great view, Japanese style faux tatami, very clean and very bright and airy. Bit of traffic noise as main roads are between the hotel and the beach, but quiet at night. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely spacious room, superb breakfast, great onsens and staff polite and efficient. Large safe in the room that had twin beds and a day bed. Only negative is there is only wifi in the lobby and it was a bit hit and miss at times. Would stay again without question. Score 11/10 !!!

Not close to station but bus stop is just outside hotel. The hotel is on the beach and with a very nice sea view in my room. We can enjoy and relax in this nice view on the balcony.

Spring Trip”
Our room had a beautiful seaview and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue is the WIFI that can only be accessible on Level 1 which is inconvenient to the foreign visitors. Carpark lot is limited and we have to park at the public area.

Great ocean view. Enjoy the sunrise in the early morning! Not very far from the JR station. There's a bus station right in front of the hotel.

The location & rooms are very good. Buffet breakfast has good choice. Hot springs adequate, if small. Some areas of hotel look tired. No free storage of luggage. Lockers available but expensive & inconvenient. Little English spoken. Go to Tourist info at station for help.

All rooms face the ocean and the view is very nice, you can see the castle and the beach is directly across the street. The onsen was good. There is only WiFi in the lobby, no wifi or Ethernet in the rooms. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good with a selection of “Western” and Japanese dishes.

There is no e mail address for this hotel. As a result, we cannot communicate with this hotel prior to our arrival. We have tried to made overseas call to this hotel, but the staff answering the call claimed she could not speak English.

Great price and amazing view”
Great place to stay with amazing ocean view and confortable facilities. Its a bit if a walk from all the activity but just a short 5-10 minutrs by foot to the beach area. A shuttle is availablr to and from the train station. The onsen bath was large, clean and relaxing.breakfast was amazing with a good selection of Western and Japanese. Definitely had a wonderful stay
