Last week I had been stuck in Reno NV with my 9 yo and let me just say I had never been so overwhelmed in my life. Everything that could go wrong went wrong but the one thing that went right was booking a room at the Atlantis. The room I booked ended up not being available but they did everything in their power to make sure we got a room. After requesting a nicer room since the one I booked was gone. I got a concierge room which I wold spend the money on again in a heartbeat. My child felt like a princess with room service and the beautiful indoor and outdoor pools. I needed a vacation from my vacation and honestly I wouldn’t have wanted the experience anywhere else. Thank you Atlantis staff! I’ll be bringing my husband here ASAP.

We had the concierge tower, room was pretty big very nicely played out. Had a great view and the bathroom was awesome. Only thing I think could be an improvement for that room would be the bedding. The blanket felt like something you'd have in some cheap hole in the wall hotel, itchy and ultra thin, a thicker one would've been awesome, also felt the bed should've had double the pillows. The breakfast the following morning though was also fantastic, had alot of variety. We will stay again for sure

Alway from Virginia Street. Area is cleaner with newer retail surroundings. Much more busier than Silver Legacy or El Dorado. I enjoyed my stay.

Family Weekend Trip”
We had a great weekend with the kids, ages 9, 11 and 15. They had a great time at the arcade and pool, especially night swimming. The indoor pool is nice and warm and because it’s enclosed in a clear dome, you can look up at the night sky. Breakfast and a dinner at The Purple Parrot was good. Kid friendly and lots of options. I love the location of this resort, not right in the middle of downtown, took us about a 10 minute drive to get to Circus Circus and a 30 minute drive to Virginia City. It’s also close walking distance to a ton of other restaurants, bowling alley and all sorts of stores. Definitely recommend this resort and casino and definitely will be back!

We stayed one night before our flight home so did not utilize the casino but used the gym and pool which were nice. The room was spacious and clean, great aircon and many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. Very good value for the price of $140 including the resort fee.

Con: Pool was overcrowded with kids. Jacuzzi was overcrowded and temperature was not hot for capacity. Suggested to management to have a cut off time for young children so adults with grown kids or no kids can also enjoy the facility and still be a family friendly facility.
