Exceptional”
Will defintely stay next year. The only issue we had was the tv stations were very limited. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Maid service 7 days a week, staff could not been more accommodating.

Short cab ride from the airport, excellent grocery store behind the hotel and excellent restaurants nearby. Pretty pool and close beach access. Would rate this 2 bedroom suite somewhere between 3.5 - 4 star and would stay here again.

Overall OK”
Pros: Perfect location, free parking, nice view (front beach property), fully equipped with all needed appliances. Cons: The reception staff is NOT friendly. The bed is very uncomfortable (a sponge instead of a metres), the water in the shower has very low pressure.

Great resort!!!!”
Wonderful staff!!! Friendly and accommodating. 1 bedroom units are spacious. Great daily housekeeping services. Nice balcony and what an amazing view looking into Simpson Bay. Best area of the island to stay. Simpson Bay in front and Simpson Bay Lagoon just behind with views of mega- yachts and mountains. So many restaurants in walking distance. We loved our stay.

Great place to stay overall”
Pros were locAtion on the island. Simpson bay. Private beach. Great bars and restaurants were good. Parking is free if you have a car and convenient to the airport. Cons None really. We’re slow to clean rooms daily. But when done were done well. Staff sometimes gave the impression you were a bother. Not everyone though. Great value for the money.

Came to St Maarten as a last minute option after a cruise cancelled. Found the atrium on line. ”
Was more than expected. Thought it was out of the way but actually it’s in the middle of where you want to be. Beach is secluded in Simpson bay. Except on cruise ship days Little busy then. Grocery close. Good restaurants close And even Casio. Close to airport and 15 minutes to Philipsburg. Rate was good. Room was was clean. Parking is free if you have a car. Not the Marriott marquis. But a good island choice Would stay here again

A little upsetting in the beginning but great all in all”
Convenient to just about everything in Simpson Bay .Was able to walk to food stores and restaurants and casino was up the hill. Atrium was being renovated so noisy at times . Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful

Nice big room”
I stayed 4 nights at Atrium, and the location is pretty great. You have to walk past a restaurant and pool to get to the beach but its not bad. There are 2 cool bar restaurant just behind the hotel and its great. I was in a studio, and it was big. It have everything you would need to make a meal, but I didnt really cook. The balcony is pretty awesome, I had partial beach view as well so that was nice. The guy at the activity desk is very friendly and gives you great info, but the front desk people were particularly friendly. They seemed to be in a bad mood always. One thing I was very disappointed at this hotel. No matter how early you go to the beach, all the nice chairs will have towels on them and apparently "reserved" The Beach boy hold chairs for particular guests from early in the morning and calls it reserved. I have a feeling these people pays him on the side, or else he wouldnt be doing that. We all are hotel guests, 1st come 1st serve would have been nice.

Hotel staff are really nice. Excellent location to surrounding amenities; the beach and the strip are in perfect proximity. Hotel rooms are good size, large balcony with panoramic views of the bay. The bathrooms could use some updating, but overall this is a safe, clean, friendly hotel.

This hotel is very close to the airport, restaurants and easy to get around. The room was very clean and we'll stocked. The balcony however was not completely clean or appealing. The bathroom was dated, the faucets in the shower felt like they would come off and the water pressure was weak. The bathroom floor tiles were chipped. I was on the second floor and heard the traffic from the street. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend the Atrium because of the excellent value for the price.

Enjoyable stay”
Enjoyed my stay at The Atrum. The lacation was great and staff were friendly and did a great job. It is however an older resort and I know they are working of remodeling. Some of the slider doors should be replaced but overall I had a great time.

This is a condo type property, not a luxury resort. We chose this property for the kitchen facilities. It was clean and well equipped. Nice grounds, pool area and beach. The staff are friendly and attentive. Overall an enjoyable place to stay.

GREAT PLACE”
The four of us stayed in a two bedroom unit. Our unit was clean and the staff was very supportive. This is our second stay. The kitchen needs a few upgrades like a whisk, a spatula and a broiler pan. Will be back next year.

Our sheets were stained as well towels. The mattress was old and dirty, specially the pull out bed. No amenities or any entertainment. You need to go by the beach for that, which it’s a few steps away. Great location and staff friendly.

A great place to stay because of location. You can walk to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Grocery store very conveniently located as well as many restaurants, hopefully will come back again soon. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Not gold crown”
First off the staff was fantastic. Went above and beyond. And we know the building survived a major hurricane. With that said. The place is extremely dated. But super clean. Pool is small. Originally moved us on the second floor on the parking lot. Tvs didn’t work. Sliding door broken. We did talk to Sonia. Who moved us the next day. So it was better. So thank you Sonia.
