Nice, clean place with enough amenities ”
The guest house is very clean. The public toilet i think is clean daily as i notice the floor mat was changed. Amenities is enough for us (fridge, water kettle, washing machine, hair dryer available). Parking space available. Walkable to the city center about 2km. Opportunity to improve: washing machine needs cleaning maintenance. And probably the garden need maintenance as well.

A Hostel, not a Guesthouse”
Disappointing stay as the facilities were way more basic than one expects from a guesthouse on Agoda. The location is the only good thing. Our room was incredibly hot, and despite the owner saying we could contact him at any time, he refused to bring us a fan in the evening. Bed was ridiculously soft and squishy, and only 1 small pillow provided per person. Mosquito netting falling off the window. The shared bathroom was old and had no mount for the shower head, so you have to hold it whilst you shower! The fridge and dishwasher in the common area were both broken. We would never come back. Only suitable for cheap student accommodations.

Fantastic guesthouse, clean, spacious, great facilities. 20 minute walk from the centre! ”
Everything is great about this guesthouse apart from the slightly longer distance from the city centre compared to other apartments. Kitchenette is great and we had dinner there one night as it was awful weather and there was everything we needed. Coffee machine free to use and kettle with fruit teas. all Shared rooms are very clean and with one bathroom per floor, which has 3-4 rooms, it could get crowded but was not for us as the rooms were not full. This is perfect for an explorer or couple who want to keep costs low with accommodation but require a clean, friendly place to stay and don’t mind a 15 minute or so walk down the river to the city centre- (bars and cafes are much closer than 15 minutes).

Lage ausserhalb der Altstadt, "hinter dem Tunnel" zu empfehlen, wenn man ein Fahrzeug hat - dafuer wird man belohnt mit absolut ruhiger Lage und erholsamen Schlaf Es gibt eine Kueche mit Kuehlschrank - wer sich laenger aufhalten will. 申し込んで宿からメールが来ますが宿に到着したら管理人に電話して入口の番号など聞かなければなりません。携帯持ってないと不便です。たまたま宿泊者がいて親切に連絡してくれましたがいなかったらアウトです。勝手知って2度目ならいいかもしれませんが、、ただキッチン、洗濯機など完備で自由に使えます。レンタルハウスだと思ってください。

다음날오전일찍 공항가야되서 저렴한곳잡아묵었는데 난방안되서춥고 외국인들은 밤10시가되도록 1층에떠들어서 매우시끄러웠습니다.
