Worth Every Cent”
We had an overnight stay here, and I can say that it's definitely a bang for everyone's buck. You can swim on the beach because it doesn't have rocks, just fine sand. They have two pools, and they provide towels poolside as well when you need them. They also have great food, a little on the pricey side, but I can say it's worth it. The Boneless Crispy Pata Kare Kare is a must-try. They also serve buffet for breakfast so there's a variety of food you can choose from. They served us corned beef, sausages, omelettes, sunny sides, rice, fruits, congee, and many more. The room we got is a Deluxe with Beach View. It's a clean, spacious, and well-lit room. The bathroom is very nice as well. They also provide amenity kits and bathrobes. Everyone was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. One of their staff even went beyond and made sure we checked in earlier so we can rest since we got there too early. Overall, a super great experience. I will come back to this place very soon.

Awesome resort! ”
From the time we checked in until we checked out, the staff were wonderful! Anything we needed, issues with water they were there to fix it. The view is great. Didn’t get the chance to use the pools and the beach but both pools are clean and well maintained. The breakfast were limited. we stayed for two days, day 1(rice, pork adobo, dried squid and arroz caldo, omelet), day 2 (rice, daing, noodles, hotdog, omelet)It would be better if there were more choices of food. Being a Filipino, I enjoyed the dried squid and daing. But my husband who isn’t didn’t really have much of a choice. Overall, it was a nice resort. Didn’t get the chance to use any of the amenities, we were just there to eat and sleep because of a wedding we had to attend to at Thunderbird resort. Aureo Is expanding and have construction going on, so I think they’ll have more to offer in the future. Highly recommend this place. Mostly because of the staff. They were Always accommodating and properly trained :)

Once arrived, we were greeted with a cold drink. Doc verification was quick, and the staff escorted us to our room. The room was spacious, the ac was strong and quiet, bathroom was luxurious, and the mini fridge was stuffed with juices and beer. Outside the room there was a patio; take 5 steps forward, and jump into the pool. Take 10 steps forward, you’re at the beach. The beach was clean, water was crystal clear. Chill at the lounge chair and have a bartender bring you a mixed drink. The restaurant had a world-class cook. Any dish we ordered was nothing short of “life is good”. If you take food to go, they can even reheat it for you later. Never met a more polite and well-mannered staff. A paradise!

Pet friendly hotel”
Hotel is overall great and pet-friendly too! We brought our 9 yr old dog with us and she enjoyed her stay! (There is a pet fee) Lots of parking space, 24/7 security guard, 24/7 room service. The room is clean. The pools are nice and perfect for kids. The beach area is great and quiet. We prefer this over the crowded and not so quiet beaches in San Juan. Aureo is 20 mins away by car from San Juan. The only problem we encountered is the hotel room shower drainage, it takes a while before the water subsides.

The place is beautiful. Lovely facilities. The beach view room was superb and clean. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. If you're looking for a relaxing place with good service and excellent amenities, this is the place you should stay in. However, if you went to La Union to surf, its a 20 minute drive (25 minutes with traffic) to San Juan Beach.

Highly recommended. I already referred it to some friends who are now booked next week as it is family friendly specially if you have children (all ages).. we booked a Villa A14 facing the beach and near to one of the pools and was truly amazing to lay down on the bed or stay in the private balcony and watch the waves and the sunset. Their pools are clean and and their complimentary breakfast buffet was just fine.the staffs are also courteous. Surely we will come back .

We booked the Deluxe Beach View Room and stayed for 3days2nights. The long drive was worth it because the resort is very beautiful. The beach had very clear water and very fine white sand. The pool was very clean and had just the right amount of water temperature. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. If we ever decide to go to La Union again, will definitely book another stay in Aureo. :)

While all the hustle and bustle and nightlife can be found in San Juan, Aureo in San Fernando is more laid back and good for family. The beach is clean, secluded, and nice, while the rooms and villas of the resort are the best in La Union. It's a good price for luxury and comfort.

Perfect place for vacation”
The hotel really exceeded our expectations. They have a perfect beach front. Swimming pools are heated and relaxing. Large servings of food at Coast reataurant. The staff are very accomodating and rooms are very clean. We really love to get back and this time, with our dogs 'coz we learned that the place is pet-friendly!

We spend our valentines here. Pros: nice room, we booked the room w direct pool access which was great. It would be better if it has a bathtub. The pool outside the room was nice and private. Only those who are booked in that kind of room has access on the pool Other common pools are also nice and clean. Beach is clean and the sand is powdery nice to walk on barefoot. Cons: we arrived 1230 and its true that they just let you check in at exactly 3pm so you just need to wait. All the drinks and food that is in the room are not free and cheap. Slide at the pool kinda dangerous as it slides you directly to one side of the pool wall. Mosquitoes at night. Bring off lotion or wear pajamas when hanging out by the pool/ veranda. Apparently you are not allowed to have food from outside brought inside even if you will eat it in your room. Beach: swim in the morning as something bites on the water when we swam in the afternoon dont know if if its jellyfish or what.

The best resort in La Union so far. The beach is easily accessible, it is also clean even the sand area. One thing it lacks is the variation of food, we stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights, and we are looking for something new in the menu. Nonetheless, we had fun during our stay.

Best in San Fernando Launion”
Staff were very professional, corteuous and helpful. Beach is beautiful and calm. Perfect for swimming. Room was great, spacious and very clean. Beach front rooms are the best specially viewing the sunsets. I requested our room during booking to arrange some sort of wedding anniversary feels and it was granted. We felt that our stay was very special. Food was great too. I think the price was just right because main meals are good for sharing 2-3 persons I think. Suggestion for improvement: They need to put lights on the back door of the rooms and in the pool area, because it was really dark in during night time. We’ll definitely back again soon and recommend it to my family and friends.

I've been to too many beaches all over the country and Aureo's beach front is now my fave here in the north. I've always been on the search of a beach closer to home that is crystal clear as the beaches down south. The whole hotel vibe and the staff is also a plus. It is a resort I would love to experience with the kids as well. Will surely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Aureo Resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Jimmy at Salt + Sea restaurant. The resort I s also pet friendly. The amenities are complete and the ambience is very cozy. Perfect getaway for families with kids and friend or even couples to relax and unwind. The beach is not rocky too.

Aureo Resort staffs were very courteous and very helpful. It was a very pleasant stay, great place to relax, and outstanding resort that I highly recommend. Deluxe Pool Access Rooms for the WIN! ”
We really enjoyed our room coz of its privacy. Spacious, clean and comfy rooms, the main pool and beach is beautiful! We had our breakfast the front beach and options are quite good! It's just not advisable to leave your belongings at the beach coz a lot of locals are passing by, like a lot. They have a stand by security guard but it's just good to take note, resort is in the center of residential areas on this side of beach so just expect locals passing by and sometimes swimming in the front beach of Aureo.
