Our stay was very comfortable and convenient on our part. We are exactly in the right location, that fits the purpose of our travel to Iloilo. I've been visiting Iloilo City every year to visit relatives from Mandurriao, and been to different hotels too, so far, this guest house is the best. The rooms are very comfy. Breakfast was superb, unlike other 4 star hotel, if Breakfast is included, they only serve plated breakfast. Here in Aurora 2013 Guesthouse, seems breakfast is unlimited. Most especially, I really admired the owner, she's very friendly, accommodating and treats us like a family. Her two assistants were also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for taking good care of us. We are so lucky, happy and very satisfied on our stay. Everyone were so grateful. I will surely recommend this guest house to my other relatives and friends and We will surely go back to this guest house again.

Our stay at the Aurora 2013 Guest House from Jan.21-26 was the best stay we had in Iloilo - given that me and my husband were in Iloilo for 8months last year and have stayed in a number of hotels, our stay at Aurora 2013 Guest House was the best! The owner was really friendly and hospitable, the staff are very helpful and always on top of everything. The weekend breakfast is way better compared to what you will experience in 3-star hotels located in the city. We will definitely make our future bookings at this place and we'll recommend them to our officemates in Iloilo and friends from Manila travelling to Iloilo. Thank you!

The Aurora 2013 guest house was already a top favorite when we were still booking online. The place is along the main road and has a self-service laundromat downstairs. Don't be fooled by the quaint entrance because when you go up to the 2nd and 3rd floors, it's one of the most spacious and open environments I have been to. The owner, Miss Ann, was super friendly and gave us a list of places to visit (with commuting directions). I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Iloilo.

Exceptional”
First time in Iloilo City, and we had a very comfortable stay at Aurora 2013. The owner of the guest house gave us a warm welcome and excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to see. Though the guesthouse a little outside the city centre, it is on a main road and it was easy to get around by taxi and jeepney. It is only 20-25 minutes drive from the airport, very convenient for catching our flight out of Iloilo. Salamat gid!

The place is very homey, the owner and staff are very accommodating. The place is just near the business center or commonly known "Megaworld". If ever I will be given a chance to go back to Iloilo I will surely stay in Aurora 2013 Guest House. Kudos to the owner "Ms Tan" for taking of us in our whole duration of stay.

this is my first ti this guest house. when we ride in a taxi from airport, the driver doesn't knew this place. so i check this on waze. when we arrived, of course there is no elevator, good thing, joan who was the caretaker was there to open the gate and of course to help me with my luggage. the room is so clean and smell good. aircon is also functional. what i do not like is the smell of the water in bathroom. it smell like rust. however there is mineral supply in this guest house. food during breakfast is so delicious, i like the fried dilis, chorrizo, plus this is not a single plated so you can comeback 2x, but of course to consider with other guest. they also have ref, oven toaster and microwave which you can borrow if you will take out some foods.. transportation is difficult so alot time to wait for taxi, plus traffic of course. if going back home, just tell to driver that you will be drop at imperial v in mandurriao since the guesthouse has small sinage. i had a good sleep.

Home away from home”
I loved my stay in the guest house! The rooms are the same as the pictures. Very clean, comfy, with enough space! With hot water in the shower, toiletries. Every morning i looked forward to the breakfast because it was always delicious! Location was relatively okay too. Near Megaworld and if you want to go to the city, you have many options of public transpo just outside the house. They also have enough parking outside if you have a car. Ms. Annalyn is one of the best hosts i’ve encountered. She’s well-versed, very accommodating! Along with ate Joan who was very helpful and hardworking to make our rooms clean always. The only lookout, but not cons for me, are the small bathroom, the rusty smell of the water fr the shower, and no elevator. I didnt mind these at all as long as the bathroom was functional and clean, the water was clean despite the smell, and a little exercise is even to my advantage. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay in the house, and will be coming back for sure!

I was looking for an affordable place in Iloilo and lucked out on this gem. This is a bed and breakfast set up with a family atmosphere. Staff and owner are very helpful and responsive. Also, accommodating. I had a late afternoon departure and was allowed to stay an hour beyond check out without being charged. Breakfast came with my reservation and I was glad it did. The Filipino breakfasts I was served is better than at hotels and the portions were generous. Breakfast is definitely a highlight of this place. There is a laundromat at the ground floor charging competitive rates. Access to the place is secured with an entrance key provided to the guest. Nothing to complain about and highly recommended. Location is a few minutes from Megaworld.

This hotel is far the cleanest and good money value hotel I’ve stayed here in the city of Iloilo. This place is located along the road but not the very noisy street part of the city. I was staying at the 3rd floor. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, AC works well, bathroom is clean and good hot water shower. They have a nice kitchen and cozy living space to hang out and watch TV. The houseboy ensured the place is immaculate. The owner / Manager of the place is very accommodating and she will make sure that you have everything you needed to make your stay comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend this place for short and long transit place to stay. I give it an excellent value for money and cleanliness.

I stayed over for only one night as my plans changed but I enjoyed my stay. The place was very secure and only a ride away from the convention center. The room was overall very clean with a very comfortable bed, adequate storage space, a well-lit dresser area and adequate bath. I only saw a few tiny cobwebs alongside the shower heater area. Breakfast consisted of pancit molo and suman, both of which I enjoyed. I also appreciated the free WiFi. The host was exceptionally warm and took the time to explain how I could go to and from the convention. I would definitely go back when I have more time to explore Iloilo.

Enjoyed my stay here. The place was well kept and really more like a home. I honestly love the simplicity of the place. Not fancy but the room is really clean and spacious enough. The caretaker was very thoughtful and caring. And mind you, breakfast is ALWAYS delish! When I am back in Iloilo, I will definitely stay here again.

Value for your money! Owner was very accomodating with guest's needs. Breakfast was excellent, everyday you get to taste the native delicacies of Iloilo. Overall, we had a pleasant stay except for the unavoidable noise coming from passing cars/PUJ's as our room was located along a busy street.

The owner, Ms.Ann is so accomodating. She understands the needs of travellers. My son who is 6months old that time is very comfortable with the place. She taught us how to commute to go to dinagyang. The breakfast is good. Ate Joanne's menu is good. I definitely recommend this place in Iloilo!

Very clean and friendly staff”
For what we needed this was great. We were there because of a death of a relative and only needed a place to stay nearby. It was very clean and the owner and staff were very nice and friendly. The stay included free breakfast which was the typical Pinoy meal but they served plenty to eat and it it was delicious. We would definitely use this hotel again if we needed one in this area of Iloilo.

The proprietor Annalyn and the housekeeper Joanne were very nice and accommodating. Our room was neat and clean. The wifi signal was strong. There was a pleasant lounge area just outside our door, where we had our included breakfast and were also allowed to entertain our personal guests without any fuss - A++ to this place!
