For the money, this hotel accommodates the needs for the majority of travelers. It's a 2-minutes walk to a nearby average mall. Pros: Mostly experienced Staff Comfortable Room Gym and Pool Breakfast - Buffet style Cons: Bathroom Tub too high. Not suitable for the elderly. Could train staff further. Could use more USB ports//Outlets Elevators not usable and out half the time. Will come back to stay again!

Hotel is too quite as not have much travelers , need to improve breakfast only Pho and 1 drink too simple with this price level at Bien Hoa, we back hotel around 11pm , have to look for security guy to open the car park - not convenient

Wide space but not much good facilities especially elevator as I was almost stuck in the elevator for bad room keys. Not much good breakfast. But kind and bright staff were perfect!

During my stay the hotel is almost empty probably because of coronavirus spread I feel like I’m the only one there otherwise everything is fine for the 4 stars hotel I would stay again if I travel to Bien Hoa

Room is okay. Older facility, needs updating. Arrived over TET, pool closed. Very substandard breakfast with few choices and not particularly good. Good location and close to shopping and restaurants. But everything closed over TET. The most expensive hotel in Bien Hoa and very overpriced for what you get. Would not stay here again

The only choice for any visitor of Bien Hoa city”
This hotel is best choice you get in this small but charming city. Staff is superb and very efficient. Reception staff was great and always super nice. Everyone really did amazing job. My room was very specious and had nice views of the city. Reception manager even upgraded my room for no extra charge with intentions to make my stay in their hotel and vietnam very pleasant, Vietnamese are simple and very loving people. They have good hearts and they want us all visitors to have best possible stay in thier amazing and beautiful country. Not much to see for tourist visitor in Bien Hoa but for me this city will always be special as my love and my future wife Hana live in this city and so does her family. Hotel have excellent laundry service and also nice pool. Breakfast also ok Excellent parking facilities and service. Oh don't forget to go across the street and have Vietnamese ice coffee or relax for few minutes sipping young coconut water whilst watching the traffic passing by. You will also meet very special and hard working lady who will make you nice coffee and take good care of you. Just turn right into the main road when you come out from the hotel and cross the street. It's the first street coffee stand just opposite the shopping center. It has red chears and red tables. 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. Go there and be simple and relax. . Be part of Vietnamese culture for 10-15 minutes. When next I visit Bien Hoa I will for sure choose again Aurora as my hotel to stay. They made my stay there very comfortable and stress free. The hotel is sparkling clean, very comfortable, and has an international quality to it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was disappointing for such a hotel, but the pool and gym were nice. The hotel provided me with an excellent VinaSun taxi and driver for my trip back to HCMC. I've stayed here before when the hotel had different ownership and I would stay here again. The only problem I had was being awakened by loudspeakers all over the city blasting music and various announcements from 4:45 a.m. until 6:15 a.m. Not the hotel's fault, but be prepared for a poor night's sleep. This is the case in Bien Hoa wherever you happen to stay.

Nice hotel right in the middle of Bien Hoa. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was pretty good. The room was fine, although the water wasn't hot at all, which made taking a bath somewhat troublesome (had to use the kettle!).
