I have onky 1 power soket, not available near beds, very uncomfortable when u need to charge 2 devises.rest is amazing! Recomend u book ground floor, there nice garden area,bigger than a balconies above, on a poolside u can go to the pool directly from your patio. Staff very friendly.

Staff are helpful and polite. Rooms have everything you need. However, I one complaint was the level of nouse at the main pool. The music is far to loud, night club level. There was a smaller pool that is beautiful and realised the following day very quiet. Most staff speak English if this is your only language .

Nice time in a nice hotel”
We have spent around 22 nights actually we had a nice time there as the hotel has a good staff starting with the reception and towel man MR Nader, Gaber house keeping , in restaurant chef Ahmed Ibrahim in fruits section is a nice man and so friendly with much hospitality. The waiters not qualified enough as they don’t follow precautionary measures well . In terms of location it’s not so far from the airport and price is ok. The view on the beach is nice with sweet gardens before you get there as it’s good for relaxation too but you have to go long distance till you get good level for swimming. There are much places where you can find to sit or walking. Rooms are nice and comfortable beds but with small TV . At the end it was satisfied for us and we would be happy to spend holiday there one more time.

The receptionist shimaa mohmed fc was too kind we request room with pool view she change it after 1 day and with standard to super deluxe very kind of her bit sea and swimming pool very cold only 1 swimming pool heated and lots of people using so over crowed pool food was nice

I really don’t know how this place is rated a 5 star hotel. we booked for 8 nights. Trying to cancel after the first night. The bed is nice and the bathroom is big and clean. The pools look nice. That’s about it. Food is less than average, hotel lobby is loud with obnoxious music. Turns out it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, even though the hotel is listed as beach front. There’s only Wi-Fi in the lobby and that is incredibly slow. The common areas are just outdated and not good (ripped carpet, scratched walls, stains, etc.) If you just want to lay at the pool and you have really low standards, this hotel might be for you.

We reserved a room for four nights. We arrived. The resort looked terrible from the outside. There were a hundred people in the pool and no internet except in the lobby. The sea is far, far away. We saw the room - also terrible. Stained comforters, terrible colors, view of a garbagy street (even though it was “super luxe”). I called down to switch rooms and was told “they were too busy right now” so we just checked out - without penalty. We checked in to the Movenpick Naama Bay. It’s spectacular!

All Inclusive offer is not a good choice in this resort because they do not offer a good variety of food. Anything else was fine except rooms maintenance.

The facilities in the hotel were very good. The thing that impressed us most was the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They were courteous, friendly and genuinely nice. We travel all over the world and have stayed in top class hotels but we have never met such lovely people anywhere. They deserve 5 stars just for their staff

For the price it's not bad but don't expect what you see on the pictures although rooms are great”
The upkeep of the property isnt great. One of the rooms my colleague stayed in was flooded during a thunderstorm. I didn't have problem with my room though. The standard garden view room is spaciius and comfortable. The free breakfast isn't something to look forward to. The selection is poor. My stay was alright and I didn't have any problems. The staff were friendly and welcoming at all times which makes up for a number of things. If you are travelling on business and don't expect alot other then a good night's sleep. This property is alright. Make sure you take standard garden view room. Other rooms facing the pool may subject you to loud music and other noises.
