Option 2:

- Private boats are available at the San Vicente Port to Port Barton. Travel time is approximately 2 hours.

Relaxations, Sunsets & Birds”

Port Barton is an easy 3-4 hour drive from Puerto Princesa and a great place to unwind, and Ausan Beach Cottages offers fun rooms and an excellent patio for watching sunsets. They offer clean, colorful accommodations, excellent service, and good onsite food and drink, where the local birds and dogs provide entertainment as the sun sets.

clean and great location. great service! ”

got the cottage type room garden view, but it is still essentially beachfront since only the tree house partially blocks the view of the ocean. for 1400, got a fan room for 2 with hot n cold shower with breakfast. u may add 400pesos more to use the aircon (all rooms has AC installed, they have a separate switch to turn on the AC). basic room but it is enough for a few nights stay. no kettle/ref in room but u can always request hot/cold water from the resto. good water pressure in cr and with towels, soap/tissues provided. no shampoo so bring your own. near the coastguard and boatstation for island hopping. have inhouse resto with good food, price is ok, not cheap but also not that expensive. best thing about it is how nice the staffs/owners are, my van to port barton cancelled on me and i had to stay overnight in puerto princesa. other hotels will tag u as no-show but they were considerate and told me that they will reserve the room and not to worry about it. they even advised me of another way to port barton but since it was already quite late, i opted to just travel to port barton the next day. will definitely stay here again next time.

I totally recommend this place. Right in front of the beach, very relaxing vibes, nice and helpful staff, just right for the price. I stayed with my friend for 3 nights and we totally loved it. Helpful sila sa activities and van transfer. Shout out kay Ate Baby, kuya Maco, Ruel at Dan at iba pang staff. Will go back for sure. ☺️

A wonderful stay”

The complex is right on the beach, not that other places are very far away as this is a small village. There are air con rooms facing the sea, ; ideal for sunset drinks. The restaurant has very friendly efficient staff and the prices are very reasonable. I chose to have most of my meals there. There are no noisy bars closeby so a goid night's sleep is assured. While not the cheapest place in town it is a comfortable and well located accommodation option. The staff are most helpful.

Great Place”

For information- there is no power in all of Port Barton. The power company pulled out after the storm in December 2021 (their requested rate increase was not approved). Ausan has a generator but they encourage you not to use the a/c. For me it wasn’t an issue. The fan was adequate.. The hotel is great. On the beach. Near the tour launch spot and transportation pick up spot. Sari sari store next door. The staff is very helpful. And the restaurant is excellent.

Can't go wrong with this property. The ocean was calm when we visited so it was nice to swim everyday. Also not too many visitors that time of year so it was great for alone time. Wifi is lacking though, as with most places anyway, but cell signal in the area is fine. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Comfortable and Cozy”

My husband and I had a very relaxing stay here. We couldn't swim due to the jellyfish but we enjoyed the view of the ocean from our room. Food was delicious but too bad there were lots of things on the menu that were not available like burgers and mango shake. Kudos to Ate Baby and Anglelica for being very helpful!
