Long Q to check-in during CNY holiday”
Plz help to improve your frontdesk service. We have to wait more than 2hours to check-in during CNY 2023 Sunday. There was a very long Q waiting to check-in and there was only 1 staff frontdesk 😡😡😡. Your Management need to look into this issue and i personally don't blame on the staff. This is totally Avani Management poor resource planning. I have paid the reservation by using Agoda and why it took me 2hrs to check-in?

You’ll be greeted by friendly and helpful staff the moment you arrive at the lobby. Very clean room, nice view, serene environment. Sitting at the balcony with the sound of wave and looking at the sea is just what you need for a vacay. You can try the bike & atv ride. Great and delicious choice at breakfast buffet. Swimming pool facing the sea. The best last minute decision that i made.

If you want a place to relax, this is the place. Filled with friendly staff, you will always be greeted with smiles and never say no attitude from them. Nothing is too small or too difficult for them to do. The only downside to this place during my stay was that it coincide with a public holiday and school holiday in Malaysia. We came at about 4pm but only got our room abt an hr plus later due to backlogs of people checkin and out. Other than this, all was great. Food at the breakfast area was constantly replenished though it was a full occupancy. It was raining on my check out day. Was running back to our villa from the breakfast area with an umbrella. A kind soul staff came over running to us with a bigger umbrella for us to use, while he ran back without any umbrella. Kudos to this staff who was cleaning the room nearby. Unexpected kind act.

All of the staff were friendly & helpful! Lots of activities! But the breakfast was quite fast to closed as early at 10:30am. At least let the guest take their food then only you clean up everything. I mean literally you can make the last call at 10:45 maybe. That should be improved. Overall everything was perfect!

Room is clean. Service is good. Food is good. But a lot of family and kids when I was there, very noise! I like the open air bath room, I don’t care, I shower without the curtain down, hope nobody will see, just enjoy myself. Hahaha!

Resort is nice, Private is nice and clean no smell, People work there is kind and friendly, View very nice, Food in the resort its a lilttle pricy but taste good, weekend got fire show quite nice to watch, very suitable to bring baby and kids for vacation, two thing need to improve is the buggy service took a bit longer to arrived and the kids swimming pool got green fungus at the side and there's huge dark spot on the floor that near the kids swimming pool (It can be clean). Suggest the management renew the kids swimming pool as the pool it's one of the main point people came for it.

Impromptu staycation when PM announce holiday on 28th Nov. What can be improve better was during check in. I was in Queue for almost 1 hour. Another improvement is for Buggy service. During peak time please have more buggy available. Overall it was great staycation.

Located just 45 minutes drive from Putrajaya, the Resort is ideal for a short break from city life. Shaped like the palm tree , the units /huts are all above water and each has a balcony where one can view either the sunset or the sunrise without having to leave the rooms. Wi fi is available in all rooms and smart tv has free movies . Each room/unit is equipped with safe box , iron & ironing board as well as kettle and cofee/tea provided free . Full amenities provided in the bathroom as well as hairdryer. Overall room was clean . The frontline staff were efficient & checking in was a breeze - buggy service and the restaurant staff were all friendly and they truly provide service with a smile. A wide selection to choose from the menu at both restaurants which serves both western and local Malaysian dishes . This resort has a fitness centre, a spa centre , swimming pool and a private beach . Overall ambiance is laid back & relaxing .

Frequent Shuttle provided until 11pm Room Require buggy as some located 500m - 1km away from lobby. Buggy available until 12am. Family villa have 2 separate room and bath. 1 bath come with bath tub Both room have verandah overlooking sea. F&B Breakfast at clubhouse at centre of the resort. Wide spread but to me taste mediocre. Chinese restaurant located at clubhouse. Lunch nd dinner at Bila Bila or Sepoi Sepoi between lobby and kids club. Plate portion is generous. Can share for two per plate for us. There are lots of restaurant nearby 1km away. Activities Private beach next to Sepoi Sepoi. Weekend night 9.30pm featuring fire show. ATV, archery, biycle available at the beach.

1. Cleanliness - Every side of this room are clean 2. Staff- All staff very friendly and helpful 3. Reception/Registration- Very smooth and warm welcome from them 4. Food- breakfast are variety only the 2nd day when the venue change to seafood restaurant which close to the beach, quite distracted with flies. 5. Warm welcome- our arrival at the room been greet with deco for my birthday and anniversary 6. Movie- selection of movies variety After all my stay for 3d2n was wonderful since we only stay in the room and enjoy scenery to the nearest attraction/beach.good job avani staff!!

I really enjoyed my staycation here with my family. Everything was so smooth from the check-in up to check-out. The environment is very nice and family friendly. There are so many activities that you can do here and my favorite is the fire show near the beach side. Theres a private beach area too so we can go and have a small picnic there! The only thing that I would rate as “moderate” is the breakfast. Not much variety but acceptable. Love the infinity pool!
