Super nice place in downtown Davao!”
It's the first time I booked Agoda Homes and it did not disapppoint. Dhines' place was our home away from home in Davao. Host and her team gave detailed instructions so we could check in (esp when we arrived at 3am due to a super delayed flight!) smoothly. The unit is cosy, which we really liked. Location is in Davao's downtown area. Best part, it's just a stone's throw away from Aldevinco, great for last minute pasalubong shopping and Roxas night market for some charcoal ice cream. It's also just a few minutes away by cab from the Bangkerohan Public Market, perfect if you want to buy boxes of pomelo for half a price than the ones sold along Roxas. My siblings and myself had a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again when I come back and will recommend to friends and family.

Excellent, Exeeds Expectations”
10/10 We really enjoyed our stay here. It surpasessed all our expectations. The unit owner was very accommodating and even went beyond the normal setting up of the unit to install an Alexa. We were very impressed, it was way better than a hotel! If ever I get the chance to visit Davao again, I would definitely book my stay here.

The place is located near aldevinco shopping center and roxas night market. There are also convenience stores nearby. The unit was very comfortable and clean. There is also voice command that let's you turn on/off the appliances just by using your voice. The owner was also kind and helpful. She even provided us hair dryer, towels and tissue when

Service is not bad,but there are a lot of ants in the kitchen from which it is no possible to get rid of. They are everywhere even in a kettle ot water. I heve never seen such bad hospitality anywhere.

All I can say is wow! Ms. Dhines Studio Condo is unbelievably great! It has all the amenities and so 21st Century-ish! What I love here is the closeness to the Magsaysay Night Market and to the convenience stores. Very affordable rates. Perfect for a staycation in Davao. Ms. Dhines is straightforward and clear on the rules. Very quick to respond with the queries…no bringing of Durian inside the room and strictly no cooking. You may only use the microwave, oven and bread toaster. She also has an electric kettle for hot coffee or drinks. Highly recommended place…

We love the place and most especially the fast internet and the Netflix. We enjoyed our stay. Clean room. The fluffy pillows and Black out curtains makes me wanna sleep longer. Haha! Comfy bed. We'll book the same over and over again.

The facility and location are great. Management was so helpful and cooprating. However there was a cleaning charge during booking but they still required us to clean everything before we leave. All in all, I'm happy with my stay, thanks to the great people at Avida.

2 nights stay”
We stayed here for 2nights last Nov4-6. Its a studio type condo. Comfy and complete with amenities. Ms. Dhines is also quick to respond to all our needs. Window view on 17th floor is spectacular, overseeing the bay and Mt. Apo. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
