We don't have 24 hour room service but we will try our best to cater your request as soon as possible. Visitor is not allowed to sleep in the unit. Visitor can stay until 8:00PM only. They are considered extra pax after 8pm with a minimal fee of PhP350.00 per person. KITCHEN: Cooking of food is allowed using the induction cooker but limited to simple dish and easy to prepare. No cooking of long lasting smelly food. The kitchen area is where you consume all your meals. It is prohibited to take your meals into your bed. HOUSEKEEPING: Request of unit cleaning is available one day ahead with a minimal fee of Php250.00 pesos. For long nights stay, Bed sheet, blankets and towels are changed every 5 days without any additional charge. FURNITURE/APPLIANCES: Guests have to respect the set-up or arrangement of the unit. We don't allow furniture or appliances to be moved from its original location. INTERNET: Please refrain from downloading and uploading big files. KEYS: Always lock the main door when going out. We are not responsible for any lost item. For lost key, Guest will be charged PhP3,000.00 pesos for door knob replacement and the duplication of new set of keys.
