Awesome Hotel is really worth the price. Not only it is complete with amenities like pool, spacious rooms and other services like in-room massage but their staffs is the GEM of this hotel! Their customer service is right on par. A day before of our arrival, I asked if they can accomodate my request for the couple who will be celebrating their wedding anniversary in their hotel. I requested for flowers and petals in the room. After a few minutes of my message, they immediately called me and happily granted my request. It was the best surprise that the wife has ever received on their wedding anniversary! To the wonderful staffs of Awesome Hotel, you made our vacation an AWESOME one! More power to you all! Second booking and will still go back definitely”
It's my second time here, first was as a family then just me and my hubby but still delighted by how nice and neat this place is. The front desk peeps are all nice and even giggly. They are so nice and accommodating. The food is good ( we proved this after we tried food outside) and we enjoyed the beach front cabanas. Free shuttle for the win too! You can go around San Fernando and San Juan conveniently. Must try hotels in La Union!

Wonderful Family Vacation”
Definitely the makings of a 4 Star hotel. Im just a bit dosappointed with the ongoing construction of the 82room building owned by the same resort, which made our sea view room have less sea view, its more rooftop overlooking the sea view now. The walls are a bit too thin which means you hear the noises of the people on the veranda, and the movement of furnitures on the other rooms. 3rd floor rooms are definitely more peaceful, away from the noise of the pool, but much can be done to ensure soundproofing, to provide better comfort for the guests when in the rooms. Besides those, awesome hotel is really awesome, spacious room that can fit a family of 4 or 5 with small to older children, the food is delicious!! You won’t want to look for another place to eat, they offer various cuisines that both children and adults will love. The beach is just a few steps away. We will definitelu come back!

Exceeded my expectations”
Excellent service and facilities! Super happy I chose this hotel. They just expanded hence eveyrhing is new. Though we stayed at the old wing but still looked and felt new! The old pool was just right outside our room and had it all by ourselves since most guests we’re in the infinity pool. The infinity pool was superb! Good food too, it maybe pricey for some but given the ambiance and service, it is worth it!

i loved the pools and the beach front. the food is great also and it's an open area that you won't worry as much for your health (since there's still a pandemic). the staff is great too because they still accommodated our request for a very late dinner although it was almost restaurant closing hours.

Great place to stay in LU”
I’m really glad I was able to book in awesome. Great view, clean rooms and pools, nice facilities. The staffs are accommodating also. Place seems well-maintained and well-staffed. There was no hassle in parking for us. Their side of the beach is one of the cleanest. Best experience you can get in LU as we checked the other hotels and other sides of the beach. The only downside is the price. Their foods are nice, but kinda pricey for me. But overall, sulit!

we are a group of 5 and booked a room good for 6 pax. Our room is located at the second floor. Pros: Clean, Spacious room, free water and has complete toiletries. There is a heater and a lot of outlets so you can all charge your phones. Cons: You can't bring food inside

Best location in Elyu”
This is located onn the quieter side of elyu surf town, which we really enjoyed because we dont like crowds. Food was also great. the pools were also nice, especially since the beach is not really ideal for swimming.

Hotel receptionists are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms and facilities are clean. An infinity pool is also available for guests. However, there was no electric kettle in the room for the complimentary coffee. Will definitely recommended Awesome Hotel! Will surely go back!
