We would hope that guests respect our property and abide by these simple rules: - No smoking inside the rooms and bathrooms - Please use ashtrays and trash cans - Use coasters for drinks and avoid putting stuff on the white cement railings around the front and back verandah, especially stuff that stain like coffee and colored clothes/ towels. There are several clothesline where you can hang your wet stuff - Wash sand off your legs & feet at the faucet/ foot wash before the steps before going back up to the house - Shuffle off sand & water off your feet or footwear on the mats provided - Keep the house tidy and in order like returning all things in place and clean before leaving the house - Please take care of your valuables and personal belongings. We shall not be liable for any of your lost or missing items - Always make sure you keep all doors closed at all times. Our caretaker should give you keys to the kitchen, dining and bedroom doors - Please do not open locked cabinets. Those cabinets are for our own personal use - Turn off and unplug the air-conditioner, lights and other electrical appliances when not in use, especially before leaving the house - Leave all items in the beach house as you found them upon arrival. Take nothing but pictures for memories - Only well-trained pets are allowed. Please make sure they don't poop or pee inside the room and you thoroughly clean up after them, especially for shedding furry friends. We will be compelled to charge a cleaning fee should there be any violations - Don't play loud music, especially at night so as not to disturb neighbors. We don't allow loud karaoke machines. - We need to charge for extra persons staying or visiting even for a meal. We would appreciate your advice should there be additional/ extra persons. (Note though that our dinnerware, flatware, towels and beddings are good for around 10 persons only.) - Inform our caretaker/s before leaving the house and kindly make sure you leave the house keys
