Highly recommended”

The hotel (rather than a ryokan) is situated within walking distance from the train station and all sights. Staff is extremly friendly and caring to make on feel at home. Very nice public bath on the top floor, incl. open air bath. Extensive japanese breakfast buffet. Only downturn was that the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

心もお腹も満足☆☆☆”

駐車場でホテルの方にお出迎えしてもらい、荷物まで運んでいただき、とてもうれしかったです。夕食はたくさんの種類がありお腹いっぱいで本当に満足。子どもが刺し身嫌いだった事を事前に知らせておかなかったので、子どもはがったりしたようです…これは、私の責任です。。。朝のバイキングは座る席がないくらい、混んでいてビックリでした…が、パイン&オレンジ&キウイのフルーツがとても甘く、こどもたちも私も幸せでした☆旦那は鮭やたらこ、焼売、数々の山形の料理で白米3杯もたべていました☆温泉はもうちょっとぬるくてもいぃーかなぁーと…子どもたちには熱すぎて残念ながら入れませんでした⤵

温泉宿は普通毎日お掃除してくれないものなのでしょうか？　よくわかりませんが、それ以外は普通でした。宿泊客が少なかったので、お風呂もゆっくり入れました。
