Good & classy hotel in heart of balibago”
This hotel is value for money, booking here in agoda, we get the lowest price rate, with the complementary breakfast, we stayed here for almost one week everyday theres a buffet breakfast, parking area in basement, if full they do vallet park just leave your keys at guard, all our request are granted, staff are very very professional very accomodating, they all offer you help when they saw me bringing stuff or something, even the repair man is oriented to offer help in any time, my daughter enjoyed the jacuzzi pool at the 9th floor rooftop, and she even bring her cousins, they are like 7persons but without charging as extra, they even let you order foods and drinks without paying right away, they do it room charge, which means you can pay all your bills upon check out, they even have a salon and spa inside, or have a night life just above the hotel at 9th floor, or do gym and sauna, all in all is in this hotel, infront of casino filipino location is good. Defenitely would recomend it thumbs up

I love the complimentary breakfast they have. Buffet breakfast. staff are nice. Basement parking is safe. location in front of casino filipino and near of everything.. although their pool on rooftop is small like a jacuzzi, food here is delicious because they have their own restaurant, spa and salon inside hotel, and what you request, they give it at no charges.

Everyhthing was fine, except that the walls were thin. Conversations, TV, foot steps, etc from next door could be heard.

Excellent Location. Great staff.”
This stay was so much better than the first! My room was great, bathroom was clean. Very accomodating staff, I called super late at night and they were ready and happy to help, very attentive too. The breakfast was limited but good. Kudos to the chef for that awesome pork adobo! The location is right at the highway with access to everything from banks to malls to casinos and pubs. I would personally stay there again when I’m in Angeles City.

Doorman/Security Guard/Lobby smelling food”
Doorman/Security Guard was not very attentive. We stayed there for almost 5 days and I remember that HE only opened the door for us for ONCE. He sees us coming and he ignores us and he wont open the door for us. Second one is the Hotel Lobby. As u get in, it smells food. They were no ventilation. There is a guy in the center of the lobby who will cook omelet and it will smell in the entire lobby.

Lobby, bar, restaurant are all attractive. Includwd breakfast ok. Rooftop large jacuzzi not a pool. Room limited closet space. Lights and TV sometimes worked.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. There were very limited parking slots though. Needed to park outside the hotel during the day especially when there are ongoing hotel events. On. A side note, customers are charged for extra tissue paper, towel, blanket etc. Overall stay was good.

Not Satisfied”
Our stay with hotel’s location is very good because its near with casino, spas,restaurants,convenience stores and other nearby establishment that you will enjoy. Hotel is not very clean as I will use the pillow I saw some hair strands even in the shower area that is supposed to be clean as we checked-in. The shower area overflow with water when when we use it. I hope the management will check each room before any guest will enter to have a truly enjoyable stay. Staff were nice. :)

It takes 2minutes walking from Casino philippino. and within 10minutes from walking street. Amenity includes toothbrush and shaving razor. A little bad pt. is breakfast menu is not so much..

The hotel location and the price for what you got was fine, but the hotel staff was lacking professionalism. They were not mean, but certainly not nice or helpful. The safe in the room did not work, the shower was broken and no one told you important information such as your room will not get cleaned until the 2nd full day and you need to put your door hanger on the door to show you would like it cleaned. They also didn't notify me that the wifi password changes on Mondays. It's things like this that would have been easy to communicate upfront. Another important piece of information that was not communicated and should definitely be when booking is that you 1,000 pesos deposit per person when checking in...cash, no credit cards accepted. Also, be sure to double check prices on drinks ordered from the bar. I was not told the price on my drinks and charged double what I thought I was paying. The manager would not budge on it. The best part of the hotel is the free breakfast

I'm not one to complain. I'm the type of person who is happy just to have a roof over their head. But between the on site restaurant having most of their food unavailable and the banging from construction work being done I had a less than stellar time here. That's not including the multiple calls i received for a noise complaints where I wasn't making any.. Not sure about that one...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights due to it's location for Clark airport. We were checked in quickly and efficiently by the courteous staff at front desk and went up to our allocated room on the 8th floor. The room looked very tired and dated and the whole hotel requires a good makeover. We'd had a long day travelling and after a bite to eat and a look round the dodgy streets of Angeles City, we decided to have an early night. Just settling down in bed around 9.30 pm to watch some TV and a horrendous noise started booming out from the live band starting perform on the 9th terraza floor above. My Filipina wife immediately called reception and they explained that the band would be performing on and off til 3 am. To the hotels' credit, they moved us down to the 4th floor immediately where we spent a more comfortable night. The next morning after a nice breakfast, I went up to the 9th floor terazza to have a look. The floor area was still littered with cigarette ash and butts.

Location of hotel is good near downtown, breakfast is good but limited choices especially for kids. Wifi is disaster. Very slow.
