This was a lovely apartment I was given. It was just what I needed for my overnight visit to London. Really liked the way it was set out, the continental breakfast was out ready in the room so you don’t have to set alarms for breakfast. It was very clean and well set out with plenty of choices for hot drinks and even bottled water was put in the room. The location was perfect and just around the corner from Victora Station. The staff that I met were really nice, friendly and courteous. I definitely got my value for money and would most certainly stay there again.

Small problem with electrics when we arrived but was sorted out within a few minutes. Good nights sleep followed by very good selection for breakfast. Excellent location for both Chelsea flowers show and Victoria coach station. Would stay again.

My wife and I are in our 60's so on booking asked for a room near the ground floor, when we arrived we were told the room was third floor but once I went looking for the room it was on the fifth floor with no lift this left my wife and I not wanting to leave the room as my wife has asthma and at that time I had a bad back, if they informed me the room was on the top floor I would have looked elsewhere.

The staff was very kind. The location was also good near Victoria Station. But our studio was on the 3rd floor without lift . That was for us ok because we did‘nt have much luggages. The room was very small.

Lovely staff - Abysmal Facilities”
For some accommodation it’s are all about location. This place is almost exclusively about location. My expectations of a 4-star rated and ‘Excellent’ review-rating B&B have left me wondering if a different rating system applies in London or if I have just been lucky with previous accommodation. Don’t get me wrong…the staff were lovely. But that’s where the positivity ends. The main building was being renovated, so my partner and I stayed down the street in a hostel-esque room on the second floor, which we were told was an upgrade from the compact room we had booked…a downgrade must have been a tent in the back yard. First impressions of the room left me wanting…anything but being in the room, which was small - literally one step from the main door to the bed - and featureless – grey firm carpet, white walls, white fabrics, no wall hangings, no design features of any kind. Fixtures were dated – the headboard was coming loose from the wall and when I switched the reading lamp on a piece of it fell off and the bulb fell out. There were roller blinds and no curtains and the bedding was like no other I have ever seen – imagine a duvet less than an inch thick and pillows not much thicker…think Pound Stretcher meets Ikea. When getting ready to go out we noticed the bathroom lights above mirror didn’t work so my partner couldn’t do her makeup properly. The toilet also featured broken floor tiles and the cheapest toilet paper I have seen outside of a 2-star hotel in Turkey I stayed in about 30 years ago. By night the ample street lighting illuminated the room and if that didn’t keep you awake the ambient noise from passing walkers and vehicles would as the wooden sash windows had not been maintained and did not close properly. Even if the windows had closed properly the main door let in light from the hallway and noise from guests coming and going. The breakfast room was not available to us and we would have appreciated being notified ahead of arrival. Instead, our cont

Loved our stay at Belgravia ”
Travelling on our honeymoon we wanted a good location plus a good price, B+B Belgravia was a great price and located central to everything we needed including Victoria Station. Kevin was on hand to help us with check in and even delivered champagne and flowers. Would recommend this B and B to any travellers looking for a great stay in London.

The B+B is two Georgian houses knocked into one in a very desirable area of London. A short 6 min walk from Victoria Underground. There is a very nice Italian Restaurant, Da Scalzo, just around the corner, near to a Sainsbury's Local and a wine bar 50 yards down the road. Our room was on the top floor accessable by stairs. The bed was comfortable and the decor good. There were a number of options for breakfast, the full English was excellent. My only observation is that the tiling in the bathroom needed improving, but this seems to be a usual thing in London, and there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. All in all one of the best and least expensive places we have stayed in London.

B&B Belgravia is a hotel with a difference. Really liked the personal feel of the place - there was always someone available to help, but no reception desk or anything, instead they were often set up in the kitchen! Just like at home, the hub of the house is the kitchen bench. Very welcoming, appreciated the coffee/hot chocolate machine, biscuits and lollies in the lounge room. Breakfast was great - only minor problem was often when we went down for breakfast it was "peak hour" and we on one occasion had to wait for a table. If you need to leave at a certain time I suggest you get to breakfast as soon as it starts to guarantee your timing. We were happy to wait and it didn't bother us. Good selection and cooked fresh for you. The hotel rooms were very spacious. There is no lift at this hotel, so if you struggle with stairs ask for one on the ground or 1st floor. We were on the 3rd floor but had no troubles. Nice views from the windows, heaps of space in the room. Only gripe was we didn't have a bath mat - we started to use a hand towel, and then one day a bath mat appeared, but the next day it was gone again. A bit strange, but the hand towel did the trick! As with all bathrooms that we came across in Europe, it could have done with a bit of bleach over the silicone as it had gone a bit mouldy, but this seems to be common over there!! In Australia, we go crazy with the bleach... Good location with plenty of food options nearby. Easy walk to the tube, Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. Nice neighbourhood, felt very safe.

Very convenient location and friendly staff”
The B&B is about 5 minute walk from Victoria train station... very convenient. It is also about 20 minute walk to hyde park and other attractions if you want to walk. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Upon arrival, we were given a two room suite but both had double beds which was not going to work since we have two adult children. The receptionist was amazing and gave us one other room for the night to accommodate. Breakfast was wonderful with eggs to order. Coffee available all day at reception lounge. Had a couple of mishaps like cold water in shower... but they were quick to try and resolve. We would stay there again.
