The staying in this hotel was nice. The place is near by train an bus station (8-10min to walk). Hotel is in city centre, and Cagliari's beautiful places is not far away - you can easy go and walk outside to enjoy old town and places nearby. If you want to enjoy sea - public transport (buses PF, PQ) are 2 min to walk from hotel, 20 min in the way - and you are in the beautiful beach Poetto. Tickets for bus are available near by hotel in Tabaceria. All these details and info you will know from amazing host:) He recomend us to visit some museums, interesting places. He will tell all necesary information and make your staying comfortable:) The breakfast were good, there were available fresh tradicional Sardinia's snacks too. Our room were clean, modern, bed big and comfortable. Only - we ask extra blanket from host, he without problem gave it to us. And huge bonus was that we can leave there our bags(luggage) before check in and after check out.

Stayed at The Cagliari Old Town B & B for 5 nights with my partner in August / September. Can not recommend this place highly enoight. Great location, super clean, excellent host and very good breakfast each morning. Stefano the host was so good to us, he arranged football tickets, booked tables in restaurants for us and recommend great beaches for us to visit. B & B is very close to all bars, restaurants and shops including the square. Everything is literally a few minutes walk.

Talk about location! It was right in the heart of walking distance to many restaurants. We loved walking through the city and exploring. The host sent us a lovely city guide through message with lots of detailed answers to all of our questions including parking etc. Overall we absolutely loved our stay we found the place to be charming, clean, equipped with everything we needed to make it feel like home away from home.

well Stefano prepared us continental breakfast tailored to our liking every single morning. He very well organized, the place is implacably clean. Give us tips places to visit. Our room was warm and cozy. The mattress and pillows help you get a good night sleep. Restaurants are close by or walking distance.

Very clean, ultra-central for enjoying all that Cagliari has to offer”

The best thing about the place is the cleanliness. It is sparkling clean and it is cleaned every single day very well. Ideally located in the historical centre of Cagliari, right on the Marina. One can visit the city easily on foot, everything is within walking distance. Great restaurants are right at the doorstep or within minutes walking. The food in Cagliari is amazing, both at the restaurants where we booked or at the ones we just walked in. The host, Stefano, is very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about everything related to the city and its surroundings as well as Sardegna as a whole. The breakfast is perfect, including great coffee (of course, as it is Italy), fresh fruit, fruit juice, cereal, tasty pastries (different every day), boiled eggs, butter and jam and/or Nutella and so on.

Best stay during our tour of Sardinia!”

Excellent location in the centre of the city (Marina)! Numerous restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner and the gorgeous old town can be explored on foot. The owner gave us tons of great tips not just for Cagliari but also our next stops. We received helpful tips for arrival and parking via WhatsApp the day before we arrived and were constantly fed with tips what to do/where to eat etc. The room was extremely nice and well equipped, the "common room" where breakfast is served has a fridge where you can store your own food/drinks. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit salad, muesli, yoghurt etc and a special sardinian "goddie" each morning. When we return to Cagliari we will certainly return to this location!

The localization and apartment are awesome, Stefano (host) is a fantastic person, we really liked breakfasts and conversations with him, he is very chatty and friendly. It was really great to know that we can always ask him for help or any advice, he also helped us tu prioritize things we wanted to do/see in Cagliari as we were there only for a few days. Great localization, it was very close to shops, restaurants and cafeterias. It is very close to interesting places and we mostly walked everywhere as it takes up to 15 mins. Super easy to arrive to B&B from airport, train station and bus station are close to B&B. We appreciate the atmosphere, we will comeback to Cagliari and this place for sure. Thank you Stefano!

Absolutely charming”

The hotel was beautifully decorated. My husbands first words when he saw the place was “someone must have built this place with love”. Rooms were spotless clean and were centrally located. Stefano, the host, went above and beyond to walk us through every single thing that one could ask and more. He made our trip especially memorable with his kindness.

Very good B&B to stay for a couple of nights right in the old town! It’s a nice and clean bedroom with a good bathroom. There is also a good breakfast with plenty of food! And not to forget the host! Stefano is a great host. He gives you a lot of tips you can do and you can always contact him if you had questions! I would recommend this place to everyone!

The stay at Old Town B&B was more than what we asked for! Stefano always looked after guests needs and provided insider info on what to do in Cagliari and Sardinia. Breakfast is made to your liking, AC and wifi included, and location is perfect for a base to travel around Sardinia!

The most amazing stay”
